Probably the Holiday Punch, because Heavy is slow, and to hit someone, the eneny should probably also be moving slowly, which makes the hitregmore consistent. Not 100% consistent, but probably much more than other weapons.

No one just publicly disclosed their achievement hunt as much, there are probably some people who got all of the achievements legit (or as legit as overachiever did)
Love how a lot of Scout's achievements encourage you to play him as an annoying little sh#t. Gotta appreciate that dedication to getting players in the role.
I literally got Back 2 Back by playing during Halloween and killing a heavy + med pair with the giant meteor storm spell. I had the backscatter equipped and was holding it when they died so I guess it counted? Makes 0 sense but if anyone wants to abuse it there you go.
I wonder if the Back 2 Back achievement only triggers if you're on the right type of server. There's a video titled "100% Speedrunning Every TF2 Achievement in 50 days" by Cryptic that around the 12 minute mark gives a brief explanation of TF2 server numbers and how some achievements can only be obtained on one where the last three numbers of the IP address are 001. Maybe you were playing on servers that ended in 000 and for whatever reason this achievement only triggers on those that end in 500. TF2 is weird, mate.

Guess what I am a crazy person who wants the stun mechanic back on the weapon, you get to do 150 damage alot less often than snipers. At least bring back the combo crit mechanic and the mini-crit for the guillotine.
For the back 2 back, I think you have to kill one while the beam is still on the heavy, and then kill the other within 20 seconds. The achievement was REALLY dumb with explaining it
Use the candy cane for a while and you will drop it a few tiers. Every Soldier or Demo attacking you will feel like they're using the Direct Hit. Great against Pyros though.
Arena was always my favorite game mode, so when you opened with an arena achievement it reminded me of how bitterly angry I am at valve for canning it. Meet your match (I think??) Really fucked matchmaking and some game modes in some ways
I suspect the heavy and medic have to be partied up for Back 2 Back. Which is STUPID because, get this, pocketing heavies isn't actually that good. Or fun.
I think there's another way to do it using the magic spells, stealth and minify (especially this spell) can help killing the med and heavy for those who have problems getting this achiv

I would guess the back 2 back achievement needs you to kill the medic with his medi beam on the heavy then the heavy second.
0:33 Correction - Quick Hook is not Arena exclusive. The achievement can also be done on the 5CP variation.
I've tried it on both intelligence and capture point maps I didn't get it😢

"Better when the enemy isn't paying attention" isn't even really an upside, every weapon does better if the opponent isn't paying attention.
