my problem was the NVR got stolen and when I get a new NVR it says incorrect username or password. And says that email is not set-up so my best option is phoning the UNV hopefully its free thank you so much on the video
You are correct - a replaced NVR will not have have the camera's unique passwords available and you would need to call Uniview tech support to reset them. It is completely free to use that service.
