Mary was only reconciled with her father. Elizabeth was cast off when her parent's marriage was annulled. There's no account of anything between Elizabeth and Jane. The only thing I could find was a theory that maybe Jane was not in favor of Henry visiting Elizabeth and somehow forbid him to see his daughter.

Catherine Parr was the driving force behind Mary and Liz 1 being restored to succession....
Even though she was indeed restored to the line of succession she still never was declared legitimate and therefore was legally still a bastard sadly
