Please add some bushings to your water wheel. A metal bushing for the half pillow block may not make a big difference, but it will cut down on wear. If you protect the bushing from the water and use a lubricant, that will be a significant improvement. If there are large animals in the area, a leather bushing could get your coefficient of friction down to .07. Probably not a good video, but you also need a durable material for belts if you are going to turn that water wheel into an 'engine'

For the attachments to add on to the waterwheel, I'd suggest trying to made some gears to get a little bit of mechanical advantage. The wheel now seems to spin fast enough, and has some power, but more power may be desirable for some uses. Plus, it could allow for multiple different tools to be used with the same waterwheel. I feel like a stone or even cement grindstone attachment would be a good first tool, it probably is easier than many other tools to make and would be incredibly useful to sharpen your iron tools.

The water wheel has come along nicely along with the reservoir and I like the way you integrated the pounder into the mix. Maximum usage... While the water volume was great enough it appeared to me that there was ample toque to driving with the shaft. Hmmmmmmm!!!! In the drier season take some tile to address erosion issues around the collection and storage area and banks leading down to the pond, but I like where it's leading! Nothing wrong with creating effort multipliers!

Do you think it might be time to start using the waterwheel for some labor work? Someone has mentioned making a grindstone and now that you have a waterwheel, you very much can do that!
Similarly, you can use the waterwheel to increase the efficiency of grinding down grain from seeds into flower.
You've got the water hammer now, but it's much slower when compared to a watermill. Although, converting the water wheel into grinding grain for flour and bread will take time and likely a lot of space, I feel like it can help you with every day tasks dramatically!
I don't know how possible this is, but producing yarn from cotton or other fibres can also help you make a small factory of your own for clothes and sowing things.
Textiles, iron works, grind stone, grain milling - you've got a tiny factory on your hands ;)

You are so diligent. You should put big flat stones in the water wheel area. Now that you have a water wheel you could now easily produce electricity from it. You can power up a small grinding machine to replace your water hammer. There so many possibilities, really.

Пару индусов с палкой-копалкой? А вообще, неплохой у него мануфакторум. Осталось отбить молот металлом, а к колесу сверло подвести и получится у него токарный, а уже тогда он и развернётся в полную силу...

I am desperate for you to make bearings for the water wheel, it would be so satisfying to see it roll smoothly. Maybe you could forge some? Even if they were super rough or uneven, I would think they would help, although maybe I'm just ignorant

the waterwheel runs better if you put coal dust on the rotating wood on the sides. (Cole dust reduces friction!)

I am amazed by your water wheel. You can make it run even better, if you lubricate the wooden holding bracket. Try grinding some charcoal into powder and add it to the contact points of the wheel and bracket. It will make it even more efficient!

This is a the kind of lifestyle I love and wish to do in a sense. Though I'm not sure where I'd need to go, where I'd be free to do this. I want to build my life up from the land like this but I also want to bring in a few creature comforts like books, my phone, and a good hatchet.

청소하고, 나무 컵을 만들면 샬롬 탱크 용 식수 필터입니다. put it in the second where the water falls from the first to the second at the base where a stone falls I have the same as the third
