All the pics are set up on flat screen tvs. As soon as he covered it with his hands someone in the production crew his the next slide button changing the screen from the pic with the belt to the pic without the belt.

Yeah it's obvious that picture looks thicker than the others and they were careful enough to blur out the edges on the close up shot. Members of Fury's gym must have been in on it in order to carry it out - if not Fury himself. Usually the celebs are in on Dynamo's 'tricks' as it's an exchange of exposure.
I use the word 'tricks' very loosely with Dynamo since the usage of video editing and/or stooges aren't proper stage magic at all.

That's the thing with cameras and filming you can trick the audience behind camera and obvious the people in the camera are all in the reaction to sell you the reality
Now I've watched it back, I think it actually a computer screen to look like a picture in a frame.

it has to go somewhere..
It’s quite simple, let me explain. Before shooting, they used photo editor to change the original picture. They then switched the original with the newly edited photo. Dynamo then cut out a separate photo of only the belt, and stuck in on top of the frame prior to meeting tyson. He then rips off the little glued stuck on belt, leaving now only the photoshopped picture. Meanwhile, the authentic picture remains safely locked away elsewhere.
Cool theory, if you watch it in slow motion at 0.25x speed, it just vanishes instantly and its not concealed by him. Some camera trickery going on, I dont beleive he physically removed it in any way.
