    I have started to come back after 14 years of nonstop dp/dr.... they way EVERYTHING looks and feels is beyond belief, I feel so incredibly blessed right now. Let this short comment be a reminder to all the sufferers that no matter how long you have had that most crippling experience, the veil WILL be lifted once the time is right! Peace to you all!

    • @HndrxxBTC
      @HndrxxBTC 2 месяца назад +5

      It's not about “forgetting” it's about living the way you would normally and then it becomes unimportant. And then you forget about it without actively trying to. Then you realize you feel like yourself again, or at least that you've improved. And once you improve you know you can go the distance since it proves it's not Permanent

    To anyone watching, you WILL recover with the help of the DP manual. I also recommend giving the book “at last a life” by Paul David a read. DP manual and that book combined completely change your perspective on it all. Never kicked the addiction of coming back to these vids tho, still incredibly interesting and bring me comfort despite being recovered 😂

    Having it since February, many panic attacks and bad days. Also feels like those change and switched a flick in my brain and that I can’t feel like before. I have been following the manual and still having this crippling fear that it will turn into something really bad

    • @samanthahumphreys2440
      @samanthahumphreys2440 2 месяца назад +2

      It won’t turn into anything else but you will think that because how wierd it makes you feel and that fear will keep it going your brain doesn’t no what yr fearing it jst knows yr fearing something and is trying to protect you by giving you this weird detached feeling and it scared the shit out of me thort I was going crazy or phycotic schizophrenic but it can’t cause that but feels like it could I even thought I had a brain tumer you will think everything and scare the shit out of yourself but once your fear towards it drops eventually it will fade this will take time tho jst try and get as much information on it to lower your fear and won’t seem as scary hope this help

      I was the same suicidal ended up in mental health hostpital the fear was that bad I wanted to end my life because I don’t know what was happening to me and doctors are useless in this knowledge and jst tried me with different drugs but so glad I held on and figured it out myself we heal ourself it’s all within us and when we come out the other end nothing will fear us ever again because this is hell its like been in a horror movie constantly literally scared to death but has got much easier the fear is the werst and once the fear comes down it’s more bareable I’m not 100% but 80% it’s much milder and easier to distract from always here if you need to talk 😊

      Hey, thanks for your comment 😊❤️ Firstly, please make sure that you’re speaking to your parents about what’s happening. It’s very important that they know what’s going on. If they're not familiar with DPDR you can show them this video which will clear things up for them 👉 ruclips.net/video/ANzyteEPKt8/видео.html
      Secondly, I know DPDR can be frightening but remember that it's just your body and brain's natural response to stress and anxiety. It's not permanent and it can't hurt you. You can and will recover. Make sure to read through all the info and articles on my website at 👉www.dpmanual.com
      And if you would like to speak to a medical professional please don't hesitate to do so. I would recommend finding an anxiety specialist if possible as they will likely be more familiar with DPDR 👍

My situation is: my mind is like flying somewhere, phsically i am here but mentaly i dont not explain where i am😅 if i want to do something there come a mind that i will it automatically. But my memory is fine. In book you said just enjoy your life and do what you love. How in that situation do it? Did you experience such symptoms? Are they symptoms of DP? Everything started after antidepresants which i take against anxiety😢
