I love the ideas of doing a "season" themed aquascape ! I did it to in my Dennerle Cube 60l but very simple : I used leaf shaped paper cutter (the one you use in scrap booking) and made lot of little leaves from a Cattapa leaf, it's a classic planted tank but with all these little artificial but natural leaf at the bottom, it have such a nice autumn vibes ! 🍁
This is a beautiful tank. The colors of the Betta go well with the shrimp and the rich reds, and the light at the end of the path in the center is such a nice touch. Beautiful!
The Betta ist the perfect choice for that Setup. I really love the plant choice, you have outdone yourself. And the moss balls seem to have developed quite nicely too 👍🤩
This scape is gorgeous. I like it because it doesn’t look too contrived, but really natural. I am also a betta person, so I love the small scapes and any scape for a betta. I have three 5 gallon scapes that house bettas and shrimp, and a 11 gallon long scape that houses chili rasboras , Venezuelan Red Sail Cories and shrimp. The rest of my aquariums are all big, but I am partial to my small scapes. I love your videos, thanks for sharing. You do beautiful work. I would love to see you do some low tech tanks with no CO2. I used to use CO2, but it became a pain as my tanks are all over my house, so now I am a low tech person., and I am always interested in what others are doing without CO2.
Yep, this little guy is a beautiful fit to the nano, his colour blends very well to the pebbles, the sand, the blue shrimp and to the autumn representation of the entire scape. The Rasboras seem to jealously watch the betta in his perfect home.😄Again, a very convincing work. Also 👍👍👍 for your editing skills!
I quite like the idea of doing something similar but using small flat pebbles as a path. If you take the time to sort through them and have larger ones at the front and smallest at the back you could force perspective and make it look really deep.
Strange thing happened when I used a strip LED back light. The stem plants in the back weren't growing. I think the light confused them. As soon as I stopped using the back light they shot straight up within days.
Your videos are stuff with lots of information and I watch you since 2 years .love your video it's the beatifull nano scape I seen yet. love from India ❤
get some torches that have a focusable beam .. add colour lens to it.. blue and greens. hand 3 or so above a tank with the beam focused into a pillar of light shining downward into the water. at night . I hope you see what I mean .
That looks lovely and it's amazing what can be done in such a small area. Not sure why you added stand while it was filled with water but it seemed to work for you. Once again your micro Scape gives me some inspiration 😊
Hi MJ, so cool. How do you avoid that the sand rolls down from the back over time? I have that troubling me over and over and it’s hard to keep it all the way to the back in a path. Thanks for any ideas , cheers!
Hi MJ, I’m struggling with hair algae right now. You mentioned in your video that you’ll use liquid carbon to get rid of it. Does this method always work? And are there any other methods you might recommend? Thanks!
As always beautiful scape! I’ve been watching for months now and starting to get into the hobby just because of you! Can you make scapes like this with same light & filter with a lid? Thank you so much in advanced! 😊
Beautiful scaping. Was it you who said you didn’t have much luck with bettas? I’m not having any luck either. I have well water, and I’m pretty sure that is the issue. If you or anyone has any thoughts on that, please let me know, as I really want a betta, even if I have to use bottled water, but I’ve heard that isn’t a great option either!. TFS, AllisonLP
Lovely tank. The gravel really tied it together. Have you had good luck keeping bettas with cherry shrimp? I want to add one to my tank but I'm scared it'll eat all my little friends. In case you care, "pincet" never made it into English in which it's called a pair of "tweezers"
Loved this build! Still pretty sad to see such an intelligent fish being put in such a small tank as well as the otocinclus which need a group to feel secure.. they do deserve better!

one of your best nano aquascapes yet I believe. it just seems so real and tranquil.
Thanks a lot! 👍
I couldn't agree more
Absolutely agree!! It's so zen
Love how you explain how you did this one. So detailed. Love it Beautiful.
Thanks so much 😊
In my opinion this is the best nano scape i ever seen
Thanks so much 😀
yea that one is amazing. and beside the floating moss ball tank. 2 completely different styles, but both 🔥

Autumn with blue accents of summer - a great idea.👍😁

That's just a perfect aquarium in all ways! Perfect way to end my day!

Great nano forest aquascape
Beautiful tank, as always. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful. Thank you for including the plant names in text as you planted 😊
It's pretty hard to put on words all the beauty of that Nano Aquascape. It really got me!
My favourite forest sc..p...ng🤩
The best nano scape you did on this channel by far and maybe the best nanoscape i’ve ever seen. The vibe is indescribable, i’m speechless !

WOW!❤Lucky Betta.
Just beautiful thanks for the awesome content
Another great build! I like that your more humble, then the other youtubers and let the viewers decide if it's good and bad.
You’re the King of Precision!
great new style scape , well done 🙏
I love this! You are so talented.
Great job MJ! Love your content sir.
OH that is a really beautiful betta! That tank looks great next to the floating moss ball tank.
Gratulálok! Újra egy csodás akvárium. Inspiráló videót láttunk ismét. Hálás köszönet!
You always have my vote of approval on your designs. This is really nice. Have a great weekend
wow bro fantastic you are a genius 👏 🙌 i love your work
Nice
Very beautiful, but for a autumn scape I'd really love to see leaves lying on the floor😊

That is a really nice looking scape. Good job producing some perspective with the path. It's really captivating.

What filter do you use on this one ?
Hi MJ, nice work. It would be awesome if you could make some aquascape for angel fish (Pterophyllum scalare)

I don't have any fishtanks at this time is there glass fishtank containers you might recommend on Amazon? 9 gallon about

6 hours on full brightness

Echt een super scape Mark! Iets om naartoe te streven. Zie ik je morgen op vivarium?
I tried to keep Betta and Shrimps together and the whole thing went to a "blood bath" really fast.😂
So you ended up with just a Betta? 🥴
