I really hope we get an extended version of the Stormblood main theme from the full Endwalker trailer at some point. The Vocals and layering was just so good.
Quite frankly, I think this cover is splendid. I'd say it's the closest we'll have to an official full version of the song, without all the trailer sounds and such, while also having its own exceptional feel to it. Great work here. I'll have to take a look at the other stuff you've covered, now that I've stumbled across this piece of gold. =)

For those who jumped into FF14 post-2022 and see this comment, you guys would not believe just how much this cover helped all fellow FF14 players to soothe their Endwalker thirst XD This whole theme music revealed in the EW trailer back in May 2021 was soooo good and pretty much everyone was eager to enjoy the full theme without all the SFX and voicelines from the trailer. While it wasn't possible to extract just those factors from the trailer, this cover was as close we can get to the original music for the next 6 to 7 painfully long months. Not that I'm saying this cover served this and only this purpose tho, for that the cover itself was and still is damn near perfection and is like a cherry on the top of the endwalking cake!

He probably didn't make this one specifically from the hospital bed. That being said, Shadowbringers is some of his best work and a lot of that was absolutely made from the hospital bed.
When the trailer for shadowbringers came out and I heard the music it sent shivers down my spine and so I was so excited for what upcoming expansions would bring. Since for me Shadowbringers was one of the most powerful theme songs of any expansion yet, I was crying and I didn't even know why. I've become obsessed with this song and I can't wait to listen to it on repeat once the clean version without voices and everything comes out. Awesome cover that I've already set on loop for my studying lol

Like, I know I'm coming in over 7 months later, but the bass that comes in at 1:23 is so good I miss it when I hear the official version of the track. Which isn't a knock on Soken's composition because we know how much the dude loves using bass, but it was just an excellent addition on your part and is just one example of how you're able to really put your own mark on this track.
