Props to you Jordan! When I worked on ships, if I had a free 40 mins during that first week i would have been napping and relaxing! The fact you are so dedicated to your youtube channel while on contract is so impressive! I just hope you are allowing yourself rest when you need it ❤
😂 I'm glad I'm not the only one because when she mentioned the breaks all I thought was I'd take a cat nap or at least just relax a bit. However I do remember having much more energy w/much less sleep at her age then now🙈

u can get steel toe attachments that just slip over your normal shoes
Jordan, when you have a m/s Injury, consider taking a double dose (400mg) of ibuprofen ( Motrin) asap soon as possible, to stop the inflammation from increasing. Also resting, elevating and icing helps a lot. You can go up to 800mg of ibuprofen, but that is the max, safe dose level.
I would’ve done the same thing an grab either garlic powder or garlic salt to take with me when I ate that was so great 😂

I know my husband and I are big. My son is big. I didn’t realize how big we are until it dawned on me you are the same size as my 9 yo grandson. 🤣 If you have room in your fridge, pick up a couple cold coffees while they are free for the next day when they aren’t.
