I am a Kubota guy and I like their removal system as you can take the loader on and off with our dismounting from the tractor. Once you get the process down it's a 30 sec on and 30 sec off process.
I can have the backhoe off in 1 minute, and on in about 1-2 minutes if I am lined up right.
It is my understanding, they only have that feature on the smaller tractors. Kubota is a great tractor. Still, if we are talking about 3 mins, the cool stuff is not worth the extra cost. ROI is to low.
