Really useful and comprehensive review, thanks! Normally I've always used heavy bags that are hung, but I think as a cardio workout this could work great.
Buy a RDX for a cheap one that is quite stable Or a fight camp that is so stable Mike Tyson couldn't knock it down (and yes he did try) These bags are not allowed made the same lol And definitely add sand and water
You look like Eli knights lost brother😂😂😂. Great review btw. You will reach new subs soon imo. And great communication too. Just wanted to say this. Maybe this will boost you to make more videos. 🙌🙌🙌👍👍👍
Thanks for the review. I've been looking for alternative training due to Covid closing up training centers etc. This looks like the one for me. Would filling up water below the cap reduce the leakage? Thanks. :) Edit: Also, do neighbours complain about the noise, or is it relatively quiet?
I’d recommend sand to water, as there is slight leakage… I’m in a flat and neighbours haven’t ever mentioned it. It might be different if you have wooden flouring however.
Hi there, thanks for the review really helpful! I just wanted to get your opinion on if you think it will be okay for me to store in my balcony? as that’s where I will be doing my training/workout (especially as I will be filling mine with sand) Mine will be delivered on Tuesday and I really can’t wait now!
Hi, I am 5ft 7 and 15 yrs old so still growing. I was considering this or the 6ft version. Do you wish you had the extra height or does it not bother you? Thanks.
Hey Tom, personally the height doesn’t bother me for my training, however, it would always be nice to have a full size bag. It limits you to only being able to punch at certain angles. As I said though, for an affordable and small free standing punch bag, this is ideal.
I have a similar one to this and I have kids and my daughter took the lid off and put it inside with the water inside, have you got any ideas how I can take the lid out. I also have carpet and I'm just trying to think how will I get this out without getting the carpet wet.
Hi Aaron, works absolutely fine mate! If you put it through some heavy use it does move about on the carpet (haven’t test on hard floor as a comparison), but it’s easy enough to move back to its original space, and only moves by a foot or so max in a typical session.
You could also get a siphon pump. They are about £4 from Machine Mart and are surprisingly useful for lots of things. As long as the bottom of the 'out' tube is lower than the bottom of the 'in' tube, a few squeezes gets it started then it just carries on running through.
word of advise. turn your hip over when you throw a kick thats where you get power keep your guard up even tho its just a bag and learn some foot work aswell no mind what ever hopeful dancing you were doing. however this was quite helpful
Yeah, not meaning to be a dick but it looks like you haven't even watched any tutorials on how to hit the bag - if you ever consider real training thats gonna be detrimental as you're reinforcing these bad habit every time you do it this way. The review itself was really helpful and thorough
It looks like it falls quickly here but it's actually decent I'm just guessing his water was probably a bit low and when he hit it continuously in one spot it obviously is gonna move more

One of the best review on YT. . Good job dude!!!!
thanks for the review man, was the exact bag I saw on Amazon
What is his name because I have not seen it?
Was gonna buy one but this changed my mind. Moves way too much, you can probably knock it down not even with your strongest shot.
U can put weight in it bro
Fill it with sand bro

@@TheNomadicTeacher Opted for water in the end, but didn't fill it all the way up. Had no issues so far. :)

Yeah I think you could leave it on the balcony, I'd recommend buying a sheet to cover it to protect it from rain.
@@TheNomadicTeacher I covered it with plastic and then a box, thanks for the reply regarding this!

I know you touched on it in the video but I just wanted to know your thoughts and if you wish you had the extra height

Nice review!!!
Is the carpeted floor much of a problem with this bag or does it work fine on carpet

4:18 the cool patern is moving
Regarding the leaking cap, is it necessary to fill the base with water higher then the cap? Does it state how much water should be put inside?
Thanks for the review! Can you still recommend it now?
You got a link to the bag?

I'm Sold!
Can someone drop a link to buy? Or a name where I can find the exact bag?
It's not a problem that i'ts 5'5, I will just make sure to fight people shorter than me then. 😁
How would you remove the water from the base?
You can remove the pad and empty the water from the base.
You could also get a siphon pump. They are about £4 from Machine Mart and are surprisingly useful for lots of things. As long as the bottom of the 'out' tube is lower than the bottom of the 'in' tube, a few squeezes gets it started then it just carries on running through.
Where’d you get it from

Intro music reminds of the intro to the tv series '"The mentalist"
Thats too much movement at the to
Looks crap will fall over in one single punch
For those who don’t have lots of space or have a smaller budget, it’s pretty perfect. There are most definitely better quality alternatives out there.

What's the matter? Too embarrassed to admit you have a hobby?
