@@BobRoss-wm3lc no I did not. It’s probably good I didn’t. I tried another standing bag. They are only good for training technique. If you really lay into them, they end up on the ground better to stick with a heavy bag.

@@ilovefighting348 got it! I will mainly use it to work on technique. I got to work on the fundamentals ! You cannot out muscle the fundamentals from what I learned . Even though I am strength training , you have to work on technique, speed and conditioning year round to be elite.
Great review mate seriously. I'm limited on space (small garage) so was the DripeX bag OK as the size of that one or something like that appeals. And its easy to move about the garage out of the way if you know what I mean?

i just bought the bag, i was going to fill with sand im a ex boxer so i just punch it, i use reyes gloves but might get softer gloves to save my hands, im old and fat so just want to use to get fit and lose weight cheers
I would suggest looking elsewhere Adomas because the bag is sold out pretty much everywhere. BTW I'm 5'8 and the reason why I don't use sand is for transportation. Trying to find a reasonable alternative.

The RDX punchbag is awesome. But not all RDX products are that great. I wouldn't buy the boxing gloves.
Do the screws in the connecter still hold up ? No breaking in the plastic?

why not use the suction of the suction cups to keep it to the floor?
They would only work on a really smooth, shiny surface. That roof area or similar is just too rough unfortunately.
