I've worked out on traditional heavy bags ruclips.net/user/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.
I bought this based on your review. Feels more authentic than any free standing bag I've tried. Super quiet too. I think people who live in apartments with people below them can get away with using this. It's more quiet than a Cobra bag. Anyway thanks! I appreciate the recommendation.
I filled one of these (different name but looks identical) with sand. With the 100+ pounds of sand, suction cups on a smooth surface, and the springs which help with absorbing your punches it's very unlikely you'll knock over the bag. I personally think this bag's engineering is much better than most standing heavy bags in the same price point. At most, the bag rocks slightly when throwing heavy straights. I only box, so I haven't kicked the bag. Time will tell on durability, but so far so good. If hanging heavy bags aren't an option, I think you'll be surprised with the quality especially for the price. I bought mine in December for $145, so prices fluctuate quite a bit.
I got mine for 130 bucks. The suction cups are junk. I filled it with sand, it was worth the extra time. After 2 years and a ton of roundhouse kicks, the stuffing is flying out of this thing. But, it was cheap and it still works. Overall I don't regret the purchase
I broke 3 of those at my gym and I'm a welterweight. Probably a different brand but basically the same dynamics. After time either the screws give out or the hollow metal pole base at the flange weld area cracks and breaks

Great review! one question, how easy is to move around once assembled? I have limited space and will have to store the bag in a corner and then move it out to the center of the garage when i am ready to workout. Thanks
I have a brand similar to this version, and it’s not easy to move at all once it’s filled. You have to either tilt the bag, which isn’t good for the screws and washers, or you have to get really low to push it. I don’t recommend moving it unless you have to. Still overall a good bag tho
@@bennywes1517 it’s about 200 pounds total with sand. Only thing is I couldn’t fine the wood at Home Depot they are always sold out so I went to Lowe’s and the wood was 16$ a piece or 18$, but worth it and fun to make. Anyway you can do one on the ringside freestyle heavy bag or the ringside freestyle elite which may be the same thing.... If u have already done sorry and u can disregard haha...if u haven't and decide too and later want to sell it look me up.
Have you tried the pro boxing free standing heavybag? I know they've got a 160 & 250lb. Pretty expensive but I'm curious how well they work when put to the test.
How is this bag holding up? I bought a wave master xxl bag without the stand from a friend and love it. Just have to figure out a replacement stand for it.
I don't have a flat floor for the suction cups. I'm planning to use it in my yard. I'm wondering if using just water for the base will be enough weight to be able to be used efficiently without it tipping over?
Since I cant go to gym now and cant hang a heavy bag at my home. Do you think this will hold up to a standard Heavy bag training regiment with constant hard hits and abuse a regular bag takes? Will the plastic and hardware on this bag last? or do you think there is another option in the price range to take more abuse over time?

csquaredboxing Thank you for the prompt response, I will check out the install video. With COVID, I can’t always get to my boxing gym.
When are you going to review the Nazo heavy bag?
Next week or so
@@csquaredboxing yes I have been curious about the Nazo bag since you got it. I can't wait to see your feelings on it. she a pretty bag
I have a question? I'm getting into boxing and I'd like to know if the bag ever gets destroyed or damaged how would I get a new one? Would any bag work on Amazon for this?
im looking for one without suspension so it moves as little as possible
What bolts did you use to put both parts together please ? Minecame without bolts or suction cups but want to use it as quick as i can
Thabk you
Just got this punching bag because of ur review really like it filled mine up with sand way heavier that way btw my base is actually a different design and the lettering on the bag is also a different design and my coils are a different color anyways good review👍🏼🥊
👍🏼🥊
How is the bag holding up ?
Anyway you can do one on the ringside freestyle heavy bag or the ringside freestyle elite which may be the same thing.... I don't have that kind of money to spend on bags but I'm really interested To know how they really hold up to heavy punches or worth the money. If u have already done sorry and u can disregard haha...if u haven't and decide too and later want to sell it look me up.
I’ll check them out
Love the channel bro can u use hard shorts on this free standing bag?
Thanks bro yes you can
No you use soft Jeans
Hey enjoyed the information you gave on the bag. I'm a truck driver and was looking for a bag to fit in my truck. Do you th think this will work?
Yes
I am guessing you can't go full rambo on it like I do on my wavemaster and.... my dead everlast.
Yesterday i broke one of these things at my gym 😶
@@bigd5899 Yep... I believe you!
Have you tried the pro boxing free standing heavybag? I know they've got a 160 & 250lb. Pretty expensive but I'm curious how well they work when put to the test.
I have not yet
How is this bag holding up? I bought a wave master xxl bag without the stand from a friend and love it. Just have to figure out a replacement stand for it.
Holding up well
csquaredboxing is it still going?
is it good gor kicking? does not fall down when you kick?
Can you do ultimatum facebar headgear
I’ll add it to the list
Thank you! Your the man✊🏽🥊
Update in the heavy bag stand how is it performing since and any wear to it?
Working well so far
Fire vid bro
Thanks bro
I don't have a flat floor for the suction cups. I'm planning to use it in my yard. I'm wondering if using just water for the base will be enough weight to be able to be used efficiently without it tipping over?
It’ll tip over without suction especially with hard hits
@@csquaredboxing What of you use sand?
What's the rough estimate of the base's diameter? My room is small and getting into boxing without a heavybag makes me feel discouraged.
Awesome review I liked and subscribed!
Thanks brother
I have hard wood floors, will my suction cups be ineffective? Am I in trouble? 😅
No you should be good
Thanks man
No prob
Nice review! Is it foam or is the inside just air
Foam
@@csquaredboxing ah thanks
@@csquaredboxing does it move when you kick it?
Can you give us an update on how this bag is holding up now?
Holding up great
What is your option of the RDX version of this bag? Looks to be the same technology with a wider striking surface.
Looks like a solid bag
@@csquaredboxing thanks
You went to Iron Gloves in Tempe, AZ???
Yes I used to
Since I cant go to gym now and cant hang a heavy bag at my home. Do you think this will hold up to a standard Heavy bag training regiment with constant hard hits and abuse a regular bag takes? Will the plastic and hardware on this bag last? or do you think there is another option in the price range to take more abuse over time?
did u figure this out? having the same question...
Do you have to put the suction cups on it cuz I have a carpet floor and wanna get one of these and my mom does not let me use it in the garage
it’s better with suction cups to ensure it doesn’t fall over
Hi thank you for your review. It’s really helpful. Would I be able to use it for kickboxing (round house kicks and front push kicks)also? I am 5’6.
Yes and thanks
Hiya I'm still new to punchbags, I was wondering does it already have the sand in it or do you have to buy seperately
You have to buy separately
Do you have any experience with the Ringside Tornado free standing bag? Your take on a hybrid style bag for home use?
I have not yet
Does it tip over if u hit it hard?
Nope, hit it with hard shots and no issues with tipping. Make sure suction cups are on and unit is completely full of water or sand
My cousin from Houston Texas bad boy I heard very good he was

Htown represent!
