Nice explanation , but definition for lock out is given under section 2 (l) of industrial dispute Act 1947 , and definition for strike is given under section 2(q) of ID Act 1947. Pls kindly correct it.

lock-out falls under Section 2(L) of I D Act and not Sec 2(1)
Sir, is it lockout n look down are same? If it is not, you were used as lockdown in this class.
The process of lockout is locking down the Industry. I understand the timming ☺️😊
And for strike definition is on 2(q) not in 2(k) as mentioned in your Strike video.
