The FCA and PRA issued joint Consultation Papers on Diversity & Inclusion back in September 2023. Final regulatory requirements are expected to be published in a Policy Statement in H2 2024. The PRA re-affirmed its commitment to advancing the agenda on DE&I generally in its annual business plan for 2024/5 and the proposals are likely to mandate senior-level accountability, with monitoring and reporting of data.
