This was a great tutorial to help people with no (or low) sewing experience get into it. Maybe in a future video you might talk about pinning fabric before sewing so it doesn't do slide around unexpectedly?
FENA I love you I would love it if you showed us more upclose processes of sewing, as someone who has very minimal experience with sewing machines I would appreciate some more sewing tips and help
As someone who hand sews, its totally worth it to learn hand sewing first. It will especially help considering how much its still used in clothes making. For machines, go for the older models, the newer are so expensive for plastic parts that aren't as great. Go for an older second hand model that can be found at Facebook market places etc, especially if its your first machine. Research, research, research! Keep up the good work, I wish you luck in your adventures!
@@suspence2558 thank you so much for the reply!! This is excellent advice! I’m learning how to hand sew with a designer, so I kind of want to soak up everything I can, then figure a machine out later on. I will def research!!!
You’re not even gonna model it for us?!?! Fena 😭 what a tease!! PS immediately subscribed. Stoked for this. Would love some “thrift flips” as the kids are calling it these days - taking something n making it something else/better. PPS can the volume on the *ding* of the screen notes be reduced a lil? Sincerely, headphone user

What sewing machine would you recommend for a beginner?
(Reasonably priced preferably 🥹)
