I was there for this and she absolutely destroyed this song. The quality here is great for memory sake but does it no justice. First off the band was amazing. I don't know how, but the keys felt like they had big ballsy subs. The low notes were all encompassing. The bass and drums were on point, and Fiona's vocals were out of this world. She was feeling it, as was everyone there. It was a heavy, bluesy and ballsy version of this song. I've seen her a few times over the years but the raw energy and trance-like emotion she put into this performance - with this band - made for a very special show. Can't stress enough how heavy it was.

Yes she is fcking awesome and for everyone who thinks she acts how she does because of drugs obviously don't know shit about live music it is a drug in itself better than any chemical I've taken drugs but never made me feel as good as she obviously feels from her art! Fiona Apple is a legend!

There were times she dropped the microphone to her waist and just screamed at the heavens during this show. It was one of the most raw vocal performances I've ever seen live.
Haha my sister is Gen x and she consumes and destroys music (only in it for the trend and the top 40 and yes she admitted it) whereas I am Gen Y and I am the exact opposite. She doesn't even know who Fiona Apple is. Has no understanding of bands like guns n roses or metallica outside their most well known songs. I do think that many people don't understand music and I often wonder why people don't go out and find genuine music instead of being fed repetitive mainstream pop music.
