      Right Eye : 3.5 (y axis), - 0.5 x axis
      After spherical equivalent
      ∆ y axis : 1.5 D
      ∆ x axis : -2.5 D
      Right Eye : 1.5 (y axis), - 0.5 x axis
      After spherical equivalent
      ∆ y axis : 1.5 D
      ∆ x axis : -2.0 D

    -0.5sp,-1.5cy/180axis
    So it will be -1.25sp
