I felt this on a spiritual level. I started playing after installing anniversary. Man every courier and ever quest person showed up and took their turn telling me about them having a letter: come to dawnguard , come to Solstheim , come to winterhold so we can make you go to midwood isle, go find the cultist of Amalexia, the Saints are Seducing each other. And I’m just playing to ride my horse in peace!
I just wanted to buy a goat to carry my shit and i ended with a fox, a spider, a skeever and the goddamn goat
And here, we see the endangered species, the "skyrimus horseriderius". although that is just the scientific name, people have come to call them "total fucking weirdos" throughout the ages.

There's a really necessary mod that makes it so you have to actively go to certain places to talk to people or pick up items to start those creation club quests rather than them all starting at once and decimating your immersion, inventory, journal, and morale all at once
I've got a mod that doesn't let that happen but I can't recall the name

Right, it's even worse than starting a new game because all the new bugs have to incorporate themselves into the bugs that were already there
I hear if you get enough bugs, they all cancel each other out.

Cliff racers are more fearsome than any dragon.
Usually I spent more time modding Skyrim than actually playing it. ''Let me load up Skyrim real quick for 10 minutes so I can make sure there are no conflicts!'' That's about the only play time I have before I add another dozen mods lol
I recommend that you don’t do that because some mods require you to actually play the game for the mods to Initialise properly

That said I generally don’t use mods that overhaul any gameplay functions such as Ordinator or Requiem.
@@yourfriendlyneighbourhoodl6206 ive been modding since Gmod so i dont think i got no problems and look at that I cant use Zxlice potion animation cause I dont want to spend another week Swimming through hundreds of mod.
The best advice for modding is ultimately to never over mod, just install some vanilla+/quality of life mods and be done with it, always have high standards
And next time I play I gotta take off mods to run it….

There's so many good mods😊 here's some of my staple mods if you're looking for more:
Ordinator, CACO, Sacrosanct, Odin, Apocalypse, wintersun, standing stones, summermyst enchants, wildcat, ultimate combat, tk dodge, legacy of the Dragonborn, immersive weapons, immersive armors, populated cities towns villages, Quick loot
Apart from graphics, AI and UI, quest/area mods. these are the mods that really helps me with making the game better/fun

I loved the cliff racer cameo, lol. King of annoying enemies.
I like how this all is pretty much in-line with the new Anniversary experience.
In less than a few hours starting the game (because I play on legendary), Miraak's cultists attack me, Stendarr's Vigilants became homeless, Siddgeir wants me to slay some bandits for him, a woman requests me to unknowingly break the space-time continuum in order to save her brother, a new museum is opening in Dawnstar, several people invite me over to their place to have me kill them, somebody is selling a dwarven crab, the local Boethiah Cultist wants my head, huge necromancy thing is happening in Skyrim, and by the time I FINALLY reach the Greybeards and start the horn quest, I get a message to slay a dragon who is a more chad Duhrenviir because he actually managed a necromancer army, and is waiting to add me to his collection.
As of right now, I've completed everything but the necromancy and dragon quest, because I'm still dealing with what my character sees to be the bigger threat besides a dragon interrupting trade (I RP a bit as I play Skyrim.). All the while, only 3 months of in-game time have passed by, which would've been 6 in-game months, had I not had a shout-enhancement mod that allows me to shout more often, and combine Slow Time with Elemental Fury + Overrun to move faster than dragons and deal more damage then them, making me leave Archery forever at 80+ instead of mastering it. This causes the game to crash more often due to loading in so many objects at a time, up to the point I had to uninstall a revamp Windhelm mod, just so the game would stop crashing every time I grazed by the place.
Imagine being in such a position, and getting all these messages... vanilla Dovahkiin had the good life, not having so many people chase after those powers. Also, kudos to all of you who get the references.
It was a delight to see Llavados appear, I love that mod its so crazy
Personally I spend a good 10 minutes making the perfect character, another 10 getting the perfect gear for that build, speed leveling, spicing things up with some mods aaand then when I am forced to take a break from the game, then return I delete that character and start from scratch, again.
Only ten minutes on character creation? Impossible.
This is the way.
Not once have i spent less then 30 minutes looking through over a 1000 different hair styles then spending at least an hour or 5 sculpting the perfect face only to realize i downloaded a skeleton mod wrong and now my character doesn't have any animations.
Whenever my game crashes because of mods I feel like I have start a new game lol

Something went wrong with one of the mods I got for the Hearthfire dlc and Lucia is now living in my house in Breezehome in Whiterun, but her dialog is making it sound like I never adopted her. The second one was like an animation glitch concerning some of my weapons and armor. I'm so used to shit going wrong now that I don't even remember what the hell it was lol
Even before clicking the video I knew the *exact* stuff that would happen. On the days when I accidentally load an older save, I just Alt+F4 immediately because I dread to see this happening.

Oh my god how does your editing just keep getting better? Love the increasingly chaotic nature of the mod load sequence. So relatable.
And you go into third person to see the character you made and see an absolute monstrosity with ears the size of dinner plates.
I loaded fallout 3 one time and my character's fingers were about a meter long, it was really spooky

This makes me think of the people who wax nostalgic about the past, completely forgetting how hellish it was. If they had a chance to visit, they'd soon be fleeing back to the present.

And this is why I always make sure to finish up any big quests and go inside my Breezehome before quitting for a few months

These games need some type of Player Journal so we can input our own role-playing details for each save
That is actually a really good idea.
I love how short these sketches are, because it is easier to find a minute in your day to watch a video instead of ten or more, and much of the humor comes from the videos being so on point. But everytime I start watching and it is over, Im sitting here like 'damn, that was the best thing I have seen all day, I need more'!

This is why I am a hermit farmer in Skyrim. No dang couriers on my lawn with letters to deliver! Unless it's from the Dark Brotherhood, then that's fine.
how do you farm hermits?
@@mjamin9124 First find a wild hermit. Second, enthrall them so they come live on your farm. Third, perform complicated Daedric rituals so they attract other hermits. Given time your hermits will start to spread across the land.
Nah, I'm just joking. I simply meant I have my character quietly farm by themselves away from people :)
I am a farmer who is a hermit.
I always make sure to check an old save, see if I like my old character I created. Save it's preset in racemenu then delete the old saved adventurer as quickly as possible. xD
Llavados was the perfect pick for #2. I still haven't finished that mod. I could try getting back into it right now, but this video is giving me seconds thoughts about loading up Skyrim. xD

Thats why I only start the quests once I can either run in heavy armor with no problem so I can run away from them, or I'm powerful enough that I can take them out in 3 hits because they're so annoying. Miraak I don't mind but the cultists and their magic randomly attacking you. Nope
