  • Tennant t7 and Nobles SSRider no water flow, water only on one side, low insufficient water flow. How to diagnose low water causes, how to service filter, clear water lines, service solenoid, restore water flow.
Many times water is only on one side, justa symptom of low output from solenoid.
There are 2 issues not discussed that lead to no flow: bad voltage (poor connections at terminal, bad coil in solenoid, disconnected), corrosion (the draw shaft of the solenoid is Electrogalvanized but can corrode your a point of poor performance, both are rare but easily diagnosed

Great video! I also check resistance on the solenoid coil. I should not see "OL". I believe some resistance values differ based on the output volume. Also 24vdc/36vdc solenoids. Thanks for the great info!

My Tennant T7 won’t go past the first level on the pressure pads. I keep pressing the button to put more pressure with the pads but it doesn’t work. What can I do?

It’s either limited in the service menu (easy setting change, look me up at Powerkleen. net I’ll get you a copy) or a bad membrane button, not much you can do but replace the button panel
