New Amy Winehouse Biopic: Will the Actress Live up to the Legend?

We are getting a first look at the new amy winehouse biopic called “back to black” out this spring.
Uk actress marisa abela, who is a relative newcomer, will play amy who died back in 2011 from alcohol poisoning at the age of 27.

I am happy to see the Linda Ronstadt biography-picture being made, I feel that Salina will do her justice. I am hopefui to see the Amy biography-picture, I love Amy so much. I love Linda too, grew up with Linda's albums. Discovered Amy a little later and they are both part of who I am, and who we are, and helped develop music to the best of what is has been and is.♥

Thing is though… why not use Amy’s voice rather than emulate it? She left that behind… I think her actual voice should be used.. more authenticity to the character. It’s sad..
