I am currently in my third of my phd program still in civil engineering. i was just recently awarded a fellow of the Nigerian institute of management consultants. i don't have awards, patents or scholarships. based on my profile, what are my chances of EB2 approval should i choose to applied or should i hold on...? your professional insight will be greatly appreciated.
