    2 lbs. or 1 kilograms of MEAT(Pork, Chicken thighs)
    1Cups-White Sugar
    1 tsp.- Iodized Salt
    1 tsp.-Curing Salt
    1 to 2 tbsp.-Blk.pepper
    2 to 3 tbsp.- Fresh ground garlic
    Red Food color(optional)
    Let it cured overnight
    And ready to cook or wrap
