My youngest daughter, who is a teen, just sang in the youth worship service for the first time this passed Sunday. Super proud of her for using her God given voice to glorify the Lord. Her youth group goes out, into our city and witnesses to young folks, all over town. They are brave young disciples of Christ. I pray for protection over them, every time they head out. Our city is filled with lost souls, coupled with a culture of drugs, alcohol and violence. Many of these lost souls are merely children; teens that have parents that don't care or glorify that lifestyle. You've got to be brave. Alot of adults could learn a thing or two from these young soldiers of Christ.
My heart is breaking for my grown granddaughters who have bought into the woke mindset. They have cut us out of their lives. I pray for them. My little 4 year old granddaughter is so precious. The train crash in Ohio happened suddenly and displaced a lot of people from their homes. That became a personal SHTF for them. SHTF can happen suddenly and unexpectedly and be personal, so prepping is a necessity and a security blanket.
My daughter is 22 and my son is 19. I have been open and honest with them. They are very aware. My son married this past September. His wife and her family are aware as well. We observe others when we're out and about. My kids cannot stand their generation. They do have a very hard time understanding how bad it could truly be. But they are trying their best to understand.

I grew up spending a lot of time with my Grandparents all born between 1901-1910. I got both country and city info from the depression. One grandmother would tell me the stories her uncle told her about the civil war. My Dad was a WW2 veteran and told me about that mess. I have learned from others experiences and am as ready as I can be and you bet I pass all that history and knowledge down to my kids and G-kids. I have one son of draftable age and 8 grandkids between 27-18... Mamaw will fight to keep them safe and this may be the hill I die on.

We have a generation of kids who are lost and confused. We definitely need to roll it back to the good ole days. We have done a great disservice to our future generation of adults. They are totally clueless and more worried about their feelings and their sexuality than anything else, they have zero coping skills. It all started with giving everyone a trophy just for showing up 🙄 I love my grand babies but by God I raised my kids the way I was raised and now my grand babies are being raised the same way. Patara, I attended Sunday School from birth up until the age of 25! Even when I attended college out of state, I went to church the entire time and I attended Sunday School. It was put in me to go. I still attend church faithfully.

I was looking at the devistation in the So. California mountains this morning and wondering how many of them were prepared. One guy said they only had 2-3 days worth of supplies when the snow storm hit cuz they were close to the market...the market caved in and they were out of luck. Wondering if this is waking people up.
Saw one woman on the news say she's running out of milk and would have to walk miles in the snow to buy milk. I thought why doesn't she just make up some powdered milk. I guess she wasn't prepared and didn't keep much on hand. We need to think ahead.

My son loves going to church. Almost Every Friday he’s asking how many days until church. All you gotta do is say is go get ready for church and he’s dressed in 5 mins.

Thank you for being real. I have raised three children and have 11 grandchildren, who I pray for regularly. Thankfully my husband does lots of home repairs and also helps others who don't have the skills. He taught all the kids how to take care of things. Some of the grandchildren also have worked alongside of him in his shop. You are so right in saying that most of the younger generation hasn't had the opportunity to learn basic skills around the home. Also most don't have anyone to instill the spiritual foundation they so desperately need.

Sad and scary how many people are in the dark. I don't know exactly what will happen, but I can tell you that I can feel it in my gut. However, my adult children are seeing the reason I taught them the hardships people faced just in recent history.
I still have deep respect for my Grandfather for storming the beaches of Normandy and fighting in the Korean War and doing it proudly to protect our way of life somehow that seems to have been lost somewhere along the way very sad and the young ones don’t even realize it

My Aunt has 3 sons. The two older ones went to Vietnam. They came back but never the same. Couldn’t never hold down a job or a relationship. Before they left they were well adjusted boys doing well

After Monday morning prayers, I closed my eyes and saw a small dark stained cabinet with 3 dry corn cobs standing on their tips. I opened my eyes 👀 right back up! My dream interpretation book says economic recession; famine; hardship. It was suggested to me the standing on their tips means we're at the tipping point.

I'm in TN also. That storm was wild. We lost power for 76 hours and it got down to 39 degrees at night. It definitely showed me where I've been slacking in my preps. I'm glad you guys didn't lose power. I'm just so thankful all my trees stayed standing.
Some of my very earliest memories are of me and my twin brother , maybe 3 years old, at church. I remember the little round cookies and red fruit punch they'd give us snacks. I'm grateful that my mom and dad took us to church.

I wish I had done that with my children every Sunday, but I used to work three day weekends from night to mornings. By the time I got home, I would hurry to make breakfast for the children and get the dinner seasoned well and then hit the hay because I have to return back to work in a few hours. Songle mom raising two children was a lot of work, and it took a toll on me. When I did take my children to Sunday school, I would stay awake all day. Life was tough for this lady. Oh I recall waking our teenage boys for Sunday school/church which was a 25 minute trek. Had to leave at 9 am. Heard more complaints than "carter's got pills". They were in the car at 9 when the husband threatened they could restack the firewood 🤣🤣 if they were late. Interesting they're up with their children and at church, on time 😊

I’ve been awake since 9/11 I’m from uk and saw the newsreader say a building has just fallen but it was still standing behind her, I followed the late Bill Cooper he knew what was going on and they got rid of him.
My family thought I was a crackpot for years I’ve been prepping for years I’ve got a presto pressure canner shipped in from USA.

I was looking at the devistation in the So. California mountains this morning and wondering how many of them were prepared. One guy said they only had 2-3 days worth of supplies when the snow storm hit cuz they were close to the market...the market caved in and they were out of luck. Wondering if this is waking people up.
I doubt it.
Saw one woman on the news say she's running out of milk and would have to walk miles in the snow to buy milk. I thought why doesn't she just make up some powdered milk. I guess she wasn't prepared and didn't keep much on hand. We need to think ahead.

The issue of evil forces started for me when my girls were early teens. The evil was mtv. For their ages. Wanting to mimic what they were seeing. I was a child of the 60's and 70's. Not immune to such displays.

I've tried talking to my husband, kids and family/friends. Other than afew people, everyone thinks I'm paranoid, an alarmist and a conspiracy theorists. Nope, just can read between the lines!
I went to a birthday party for a friend this past Saturday, and talked to many adults. Was shocked at how many of them are clueless about what's happening. So many non-believers; totally in the dark. It was sickening talking to them. Sad.
My husband and I have been saying it to people around us that we are going to be facing things that we have never experienced before and we must be read and prepared the best we can, we could end up having to do things that we don't want to do to protect are family 🙏

Thank you for being real. I have raised three children and have 11 grandchildren, who I pray for regularly. Thankfully my husband does lots of home repairs and also helps others who don't have the skills. He taught all the kids how to take care of things. Some of the grandchildren also have worked alongside of him in his shop. You are so right in saying that most of the younger generation hasn't had the opportunity to learn basic skills around the home. Also most don't have anyone to instill the spiritual foundation they so desperately need.

Patara, you are my daughter and son’s age. They gave me 3 grandsons each, and 2 granddaughters. All between 20-27. I fear for their future. You are so right about feeling sorry for them, and much more. They are all ‘awake’ thank the good Lord, but not nearly prepared for what’s coming. No matter how prepared they are, they have no idea how bad it is going to get. I pray fervently that they are not forced to fight for nothing across the world. That fight…scares me to death! Sad and scary how many people are in the dark. I don't know exactly what will happen, but I can tell you that I can feel it in my gut. However, my adult children are seeing the reason I taught them the hardships people faced just in recent history.

I still have deep respect for my Grandfather for storming the beaches of Normandy and fighting in the Korean War and doing it proudly to protect our way of life somehow that seems to have been lost somewhere along the way very sad and the young ones don’t even realize it

My Aunt has 3 sons. The two older ones went to Vietnam. They came back but never the same. Couldn’t never hold down a job or a relationship. Before they left they were well adjusted boys doing well
Yep, my one brother did too. Got hooked on drugs and alcohol to deal with all that he saw in Vietnam. Everyone I know came back a different person. So sad!
My families church has become our home. Lost faith in the church up here in NY. We would love a church filled with like minded people again 🙏
Last year my grandson (22 year old ) helped us till our garden, this year he said he will till it all! He also got saved last year,I feel bless ! His eyes are wide open. He is scared

I was blessed to live with my grandparents while my Mom and Dad were on the road. Daddy had his own semi. Grandpa was a Pentecostal preacher. We Did Not Miss Church!!! 💖
After Monday morning prayers, I closed my eyes and saw a small dark stained cabinet with 3 dry corn cobs standing on their tips. I opened my eyes 👀 right back up! My dream interpretation book says economic recession; famine; hardship. It was suggested to me the standing on their tips means we're at the tipping point.
If you don't prepare at all, your not living with your eyes open. I used to talk my kids to church and Sunday school. One of the 3 still goes. Though his real life is different. They have made their choices. I do keep them in my prayers always. Have a great day and God bless 💞

I'm in TN also. That storm was wild. We lost power for 76 hours and it got down to 39 degrees at night. It definitely showed me where I've been slacking in my preps. I'm glad you guys didn't lose power. I'm just so thankful all my trees stayed standing.
Some of my very earliest memories are of me and my twin brother , maybe 3 years old, at church. I remember the little round cookies and red fruit punch they'd give us snacks. I'm grateful that my mom and dad took us to church.

I wish I had done that with my children every Sunday, but I used to work three day weekends from night to mornings. By the time I got home, I would hurry to make breakfast for the children and get the dinner seasoned well and then hit the hay because I have to return back to work in a few hours.
Songle mom raising two children was a lot of work, and it took a toll on me. When I did take my children to Sunday school, I would stay awake all day.
Life was tough for this lady.

Oh I recall waking our teenage boys for Sunday school/church which was a 25 minute trek.
Had to leave at 9 am.
Heard more complaints than "carter's got pills".
They were in the car at 9 when the husband threatened they could restack the firewood 🤣🤣 if they were late.

I scored big time at a local store on last year's seeds. 10 cents a pack for seeds. I bought 56 packs... $5.60. All of them might not germinate, but hey, box store tomato and pepper plants are $6.25 with tax for ONE. I ain't doing it. 😊
