Thank you so much. Extremely easy and useful concepts. So should risk matrix be 10*10? We have 240 correct? So do i increase the size of my matrix as 30*10? Wouldnt it be hard to draw? Could you please help? Or do i keep 30*30 with 10*10 squares and say 1 square =3 units and so on?

Why do we need to consider Criticality as there is RPN already?
As mentioned in the video, criticality helps you prioritise the causes and talks more about a proactive approach focused on Severity and Occurrence.

Yes, there are some variations in the risk matrix from organization to organization, but it is very much similar. ISO TR 24971

The Severity will only change if the failure mode is eliminated, like by doing a design change, unless it will be the same.
