      Hi Archana, as you know Fishbone diagram is used to identify all possible causes of the problem that you are going to solve. That means it is different for different industries or even different hospitals as well as different problems.

      But my question was related to fishbone. We made the fishbone with all categories ( causes). From there, how will we select which item needs to start first. If it is based on frequency, we can see the same item appears under different headings (M/P/or S). That's what I'm looking for.

      List down all causes and do the multi-voting by a team with Subject matter experts.
      Select the causes that are rated as most important by subject matter experts.
