Agreed. I'm here listening to all of his music and watching old videos not sure how to feel about the allegations against him. It sounds so dumb because it's not like I know him or anything, but his music was so important to me as a kid. His record label dropped him today, Shudder is removing an episode of Creepshow he appeared in, all kinds of shit. It's really making me sad

Almost agree! I mean, it's not my favorite (I don't think I have any), but I've always loved the video and the song btw, since I was a teenager (I'm in my 40's too).
Everything they did during that time, both musically and visually, was amazing and very unique. I don't think they ever got the recognition they deserved. Because back then, their influence was everywhere, from Metallica to Avril Lavigne.

When I was a teenager, I loved this video because it's gore and provocative. Now im 31 and I realize the strong message within the song and I can come back and appreciate the whole thing on another level. The song has aged well too, in my opinion.

He hardened, and intensified the old school nine inch nails and Skinny Puppy "industrial" sound, but added and included the necessary rock/metal themes and elements to make it all the more unique. In his prime. No one was like manson. Very unique blends of sound.

I’m also diagnosed with bipolar and it’s never easy. Music and Artists like MM have always been a great escape. These dark moments and thoughts we cannot control will not stop us from living our full potential. We all been hurt somehow. We all been damaged and we all know pain. You are not alone.

@@laurajyn1990 because Kelli Dayton from the British band called the Sneaker Pimps was responsible for the intense female background vocals you hear in the song. So since she wasn't traveling with Marilyn Manson it was virtually impossible to recreate the song.
@@keelyleilani1326 I feel like Manson could have easily sung this live. I didn't even notice there were female vocals in the background until you mentioned it. No song will have the quality power live that it does in studio.

I had lest we forget (the best of) as a boy, from age 9 or so, and this was my favourite song in the album, and still might be.
That's saying something since the entire album was good.
