Good guidance. Thanks!
Finally, a video about this topic by someone who knows what they are talking about. I watched 3 other videos and these guys are all quacks! Why would you post a video about something you have no business talking about. Thanks for your help!
Cool video, I’ll gladly support your oil product. Thanks for the video!
Yes the best video I have seen on this topic.
Great video. Really appreciate it
I was told you never use a petroleum lubricant. You use silicon spray???
I learned a lot. Thanks
Quality video. Thank you sir
Another guy used a thick lithium lubricant on his hinges... Is that recommended? Or should we be using petroleum spray?
What about the cable/spring "hub"?
Do I have to disconnect it? can't I do that while it's attached?
What type of spray do you use on the springs?
I have a basic question. I live in the snow belt (Michigan). I recently had to replace a basic 4-panel 2-stall garage door because the bottome panel had become damaged by rust. The rest of the door was perfect but I had to replace the entire door. No matter how careful I was to shovel snow away from the door, it is impossible to prevent moisture from causing rust. Is there anything that I can spray or apply to the bottom panel to prevent rust? It is a basic painted steel door. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
Whether it’s car body or a warship, exposed bare steel is going to rust. Basically, the steel has no paint or weather protection, and rust on steel is like cancer, speaking to the good parts. The bottom portion of your steel door needs a protective layer, no exposed area. Start with 2 layers of primer, then a top coat to the color you want, and keep repainting. Once rust starts even just one spot, you have to sand to bare metal or the rust comes back underneath to the surface. A car body shop sands to bare metal.
I live in a studio apartment in Los Angeles and park my car on the street. Go home algorithm. You're drunk.
😂😂😂That was funny
