Another brilliant video Andy, I cannot get over how tidy you keep your farmyards, it is an absolute credit to you and shows excellent management. Throughly enjoying the harvest with you, the John Deere combine certainly looks a fantastic machine and you look after its maintenance so well.
Shane Mulvihill - thanks for that, I totally agree, looking back through some of his previous vids I understand Andy originally trained as an agricultural engineer, he must be such a great asset to his fathers farming business! And we have the fantastic pleasure of watching it all happen in front of our eyes!! It’s brilliant.
Trevor Jarvis yeah he has a dip in ag also , but yes Sparsholt College is a top asset to the UK 🇬🇧 Some amazing engineering Dept there the likes of Bruce Badger and Nigel MAC . 👍🏻 Top Class Farming college , Hampshire is a great county for agricultural. ☀️
It could be a lot worse for you guys Andy , there are a lot of folk in trouble with crops and flooding can’t get near it . You guys have done we’ll so far , says a lot for Hampshire , getting the best of the weather .👍🏻
That bloody Eric, stinking sod. Great videos keep them coming.Your weather is like ours in Northern Alberta were the crops are tremendous but still green. Only a great crop when it is the bins!!
I was the 35th to view this weeks show and it was a good one too. Good day from Louisiana (USA) see you next week except for the old shows I am still catching up with. :)
Nice vid as always andy. Bet this weather is starting to get a little frustrating. Hope u can get back on it soon and it hasn't affected your crops to much
Similar story here due variable weather... things beginning to go down in most fields although not right on the ground yet... we managed one evening harvesting wheat this week as otherwise too wet, came off at 18% dried it down to 14% the next day... Bit of rough maths and I reckon it costs about £6.50 per tonne to drop it 4-5% in fuel with our drier at about 5-6 tonne per hour...so not that expensive really...the dry yield monitor was claiming over 5 tonne per acre (similar to three years ago yields) nice plump yellow grain and shelling well even damp. We shall see what this week brings us, less rain hopefully, although nothing is really hurting too much yet but a dry week would get us back on track with drilling rape at least.. PS you have taught me a new word - ^brackall" or is it "brackle" - down here they just refer to it "going down"...Lol.
Great video nice combine what speed can it go on road? Also put the hazard light on front vehicle to warn other cars and wide vehicles sign on it may help weather being a pain in ass this year hopefully it will in prove soon cheers mate 👍 👍
Hi Andy, Excellent video again. Wish you the best for the rest of your harvest. Can’t wait for your next video. Regarding the Brexit, what are, if any, your main concerns for the British agriculture? Regards from Paris.
This farmer makes me wish I wasn't retired and back working on a farm for someone like him.

Hi Andy,
Excellent video again. Wish you the best for the rest of your harvest. Can’t wait for your next video.
Regarding the Brexit, what are, if any, your main concerns for the British agriculture?
Regards from Paris.
Nice vid, could you do a video showing your grain stores and how they work some time thanks
Nice vid andy
Great video but I definitely think you need a wood chipper for all of those trees👍
Just bring a axe and cut them for firewood like i do
Finnish Farming but if you have a biomass boiler on the farm you can power it with wood chip
Excellent!
Every now and then you hear it go "beep beep beep"(Like the one at 10:22) when driving - what's that mean? Just curious
You love it
Another great video,When is your new tractor arriving??
Ollie Davis
Cheers! End September 👍
What do u do with the chaff that u put in the dump trailer
Brendan Hough

Aaron L
Hi we still have 1 but the other tried crossing the main road and didn’t get to the other side 👍
If you could get back on this, can you please tell me what a lorry is
A semi bulker.
The Sea sickness is strong with me in this one.
Hi Andy mate are you close to sydmynton or kingsclere
Droneerzz 998
Yes 👍
Why are you always drive with the JCB with the boom out?
Pushing up grain
If you bale all of your straw, how can your soil stay healthy to produce better crops🤔
Again Andrew great video You may like this ch L&R Rusch Farms a big family farm.
What happened to you lasted video?
we've only cut 350 acres of peas and winter barley and 60 acres of wheat out of just over 2000. fucking nightmare
Be nice to see some Baling & Discing.
why dont you use head cam when you harvest
If he's in the combine for hours harvesting he might not want a camera on a head strap on head for ages
👍👍👍
who was the lad beside u in the combine when u were on the road???
Local lad who wanted a ride in the combine 👍
First
