I had shoulder surgery once. It only took about 6 weeks or so of being down for it to heal. But you have to let it heal. There's an ice/water machine they suggest to use with it. It circulates the icewater around your shoulder to keep swelling down. Really they have it down pat these days. Best to have it fixed before it does more damage . there's funds available for help.OK enough of that soap box and back to fishing. Take care.
Hey Angela, the doctor told me in the year 2000 that I needed shoulder surgery. I wired 300 houses since then and caught a ton of fish, and I'm still going. Sometimes I question these doctors. I guest what I'm trying to say is, I don't like to be cut on. Sometimes I think it's best to put up with some pain and keep on going.
