    Excellent review, concise and to the point. Just the right level of detail. Easy listening style too.

    Don’t do premium plus in uk !! When did you order this?

    • @WhichEV
      @WhichEV  3 года назад

      It was an Onto loan. Onto still has them because they did have them when Onto got its stock.

    You forgot one important point. Mercedes us unable to delivery this car in time . 6 months for delivery isn't enough for them, 10 months or more will be more realistic. Four additional months, and nothing from MERCEDES Germany. They are responsable for the delay, problem known from end of 2020, but no correction and no compensation for the lost time...

    • @WhichEV

      This is true of a lot of manufacturers right now.

      @@WhichEV yes, but the probem is known from end of 2020 the missing semi conductor. When you give one order beginning of 2022, and the delivery is scheduled for 5 months later, it's not usual the see the cancellation of the schedule given before 2 weeks before the limit. Nd delayed for three additional months. No, definitively, it is not correct. Mercedes should be to give additional discount or additional year warranty for their inability their supply 18 months before.

    Showing its ice/ev compromises; it may be nicely built but the interior is just a claustrophibic button and dial clutter fest.

      It's typical of current Mercedes. You certainly feel it after driving a Tesla or VW ID. car for a bit.

      Apologies, disagree. The interior and dashboard was one of the reasons we ordered one of these instead of Model Y or ID4 GTX. The control ergonomics are fantastic by comparison. Every control intuitively at your finger tips precisely where you'd expect them to be, for easy eyes off use and good tactile feedback. Could not cope with the cheap featureless lack of a dashboard on the model Y, nor the haptic controls on the spartan GTX. Ordered beige leather seats with wood trim, cannot stomach soviet black seat upholstery, dull as ditch water. I figured out all the controls in a few mins it was so intuitive, exceptional ergonomics all round.

      @@oceanfroggie This is quite a subjective area for cars. As a long-time Merc owner (and lover), I would say they do have too many buttons for some things, including sometimes three ways to do the same thing. But you can just choose the one way you like and stick to it. Merc auto lights and windscreen wipers are really good too.

      I think I'm going to order one. The 300 in AMG Line Premium feels like the sweet spot.

      it is a jacked up hatchback, what did you expect?
      it's about the size of the ID.3 ,.... not the ID.4 or ID.5
