Honestly I didn’t know what to call this tutorial because there are so many different techniques and skills jammed into this video.
Now if you have watched my videos before you know full well - I am self taught! I’m just sharing my process and techniques I use personally for you to learn from or just enjoy!
I don’t go into great detail on mixing my scrap colours, but all of the colours (excluding the green that I make) are all random scraps from - Premo, Soufflé, Cernit and Fimo. What I do is mix together scrap clay in colours that are mostly similar and the will make random and mostly beautiful one off colours! Yes there’s lots of lint, dust and air bubbles! But rather than waste it I love to try and use it up. The only frustrating bit is you can never quite replicate these colours!
I’m planning to cure, sand, varnish, assemble and glue these in another video coming soon!

I have just found you and I am so pleased. Thank you for your awesome video, I live in Fremantle and have just started playing with polymer clay after a good artist friend gave me a piece of clay. At the moment we are in isolation with this awful virus so I am playing even more so I will try this slab technique.
