@@johnmcdonagh7844 no the Deku we know has one for all which is a stock piling quirk that gets stronger with each passing user and currently lets the user use previous holder´s quirks, all for one is a quirk that allows the user to steal other quirks and use them or give said quirks to others
they are fundomently similar but given who uses what they are seen differently one for all is all might´s now Deku´s quirk while all for one is all for one´s now shigaraki´s quirk

What if Deku's Quirk was the Flying Raijin from Naruto? Basically able to place a seal on things and teleport to them. So he could place a seal on a Kunai, throw it and teleport to that. (Basically what Minato and Tobirama can do)

So this is an interesting premise, about how his mom tried to kill him and all that, but I have a few things to add. So you said that deku's quirk is actually to summon weapons that may not even be real or from other worlds. The neet thing about how that is phrased is that he could take it from anything, not just anime. He could use weapons from games, comics, manga, books, and more. It is really cool if you go by what was actually said in the what if and not the title. He is unstoppable when it comes to load out availability since he could summon a weopon with any base of attributes. It is really cool, but also I noticed the love interest is bakugo which sounds a little weird. But it is an interesting premise, so in this storyline deku would be unstoppable if he had knowledge of most anime alone but also any OP weopons and the wording of his quirk would allow him to pull from things such as devil may cry with Pandora's box and much more.

really any weapon from destiny 2.(it could be possible to summon ghosts as you could probably bludgeon someone with one of them and they can in and of within itself can be considered a ‘weapon’ not for combat but for its utility.
there are more there will always be more ability is cracked. just imagine what it awakens into. also there are so many ways izuku takes 1st for the quirk assessment.

I will say that if you had Izuku use Black Keys from the Fate series, some of his opponents would have been dealt with even easier. One of the properties of the Black Keys is to bind a person if it pierces their shadow.
