An OC i have made has a Motion nullification quirk, but it will only work if he touches the person/object, an weakness tho is that he needs to have one foot or hand in contact with the ground.
That's 2 downsides, maybe instead of contact with the target it should be proximity, if so, I would say a couple m radius, or maybe smaller if it's a passive area vs manipulated area; as in maybe he can use his will power to thin out the aoe and use it a a tendril
all I saw was manipulated friction and if it means what I think it means this man can slide stop anyone instantly by making them have no friction or adding too much this power would be op at amusement parks and slides and sliding downhill would be epic and most things should slide off Deku

Another thing being that his actual paws on his hands and feet, it can deflect physical, no matter the force, and strength like how Bartholomew Kuma's paws work
