Go to the world editor and place a "prop" object (below the cars in the vehicle selector) in the map. Props and cars have soft body physics. The default maps don't do it because too many physics objects will kill your CPU.

How dare you destroy an enzo =0 jk jk. I got to see one once when I was 15 about 18 years ago in California at a dealership. It was sold for $2.3mil. All the other dealerships in the area were super snobby, but this one, they opened the doors and let some kid look inside this legendary car and just drool over the thing haha. I'll probably never see one again.
