I think it might be possible to tow it to take off. But not sure how to hook it up with a car in BeamNG. They do this at airstrip that has good wind, no need to tow it with a plane.

The Dirks DG-100 glider is capable of flying, however you have to hold down throttle for a decent second before it powers up (although technically it is a glider so it is recommended to spawn it in the air.)

The first plane/glider does work, it's just you forgot it's a glider, you need to spawn the glider in mid air for it to work
