Thanks again for help with initial listing information! I know Amazon has storage limits now for first time sellers and people with a low IPI. A video on this would be great. A few of my concerns and probably from others are: I want to ship 3,000 units and if i'm only able to send 300 (lets say) Do you think that the manufacturer will hold peoples inventory and ship it incrementally as needed? Also pricing and time. Instead of one shipping expense now I have to send it 5 or 10 times, that will add up quick and something to account for in profit margin. The last thing is time. Making sure you never run out before you can get that next shipment there. Thoughts? Thanks in advance man and keep up the good work. We're going to get you to a million subscribers, you deserve it!

Hi Dan Rodger, I'm a newbie Amazon Seller FBA VA from the Philippines. Your tutorial videos are GOLD! I just had an interview yesterday as an aspiring Amazon Operations Manager focusing on Management Inventory, the interviewer asked me about how to create a shipping plan --- and I mentioned your step-by-step tutorial after the interview I got the job. So thank you very much.
@@DanRodgers Hi Dan, great videos, love them, but with the Carton where the units go in, don't they require all supplier information with product details, different from the barcode labels that is?
Exactly! I am in the same shoes ,as I am at the beginning, therefore after watching all the videos out there ,I always come back to yours as they are the best explained.

Great video Dan! I am actually in the process of shipping my product. The shipping plan is ready and based on your video, I did everything right apart from a tiny hiccup. I downloaded the FNSKU label and waited a couple of days for my supplier to provide the sizes of the cartons. I 'wasted' a few days, but never mind, I know now. Something I actually learned from one of your videos is the maximum weight Amazon allows per carton, which in the UK is 23kg. I calculated the volume of one carton and the weight was 21.630 kg, without the weight of the carton itself. I told my supplier to split the units differently in order to have weight much lower than 23kg, and they did it. I am now waiting for the right carton sizes and unit quantity in each carton to complete the shipping plan. Thanks a lot Dan, your videos are simply the best!
