Theres no fixed interval whenever you feel that the shines fading away or the paint has minor scratches then, you can wash the bike followed by polish and wax

My re 350 keep squeaking, lubricated the chain bur ro no effect. Its not the brakes when i use them, it makes the sound evn when not using the brakes. Any suggestions?
Could it be the brake pad's too tigh when it was put back together ? The noise started after the last scheduled service and they take off the pad and rub it ,so maybe when they put it back in they didn't do a proper job?@alongwithamit
