    Nice job with the video. Did you put plastic under the gravel to prevent ground moisture building up and condensating under your framing and floor? If not, you might consider connecting it into the conditioned space of the home.

      Thanks! Yes I added a 6 mil plastic vapor barrier and the crawl space is heated and cooled using the hvac system. It's a very comfortable and dry space.

      The ground screws cost $4,100.

      @@themobilebuilder4129 How much was the electric drill with the drill mount and torque bar assemble? Looks like you used the 4.5" x 63" screws. What did they run each?

      They rent the drill out with the screws, it's very cheap but I can't remember the price.

      I was worried about it being soft, but it was really solid. I was impressed with how strong the base was. The 3 2x10s supported every 8' and those angled cross boards really made it stiff.
