Nice job with the video. Did you put plastic under the gravel to prevent ground moisture building up and condensating under your framing and floor? If not, you might consider connecting it into the conditioned space of the home.
Thanks! Yes I added a 6 mil plastic vapor barrier and the crawl space is heated and cooled using the hvac system. It's a very comfortable and dry space.
@@themobilebuilder4129 How much was the electric drill with the drill mount and torque bar assemble? Looks like you used the 4.5" x 63" screws. What did they run each?
I was worried about it being soft, but it was really solid. I was impressed with how strong the base was. The 3 2x10s supported every 8' and those angled cross boards really made it stiff.
What post connection did you use to connect to the flange on the ground screw? Thanks for sharing this brother, looks like you did a great job
This was a real good video, ground screws are amazing! Looking forward to see more content from you.
Any way i can contact you with questions? American Ground Screws referred your video and i really want to get this right for a house build.
Wow, sorry I haven't been on this channel for a while. Did you build on them?

They rent the drill out with the screws, it's very cheap but I can't remember the price.
