I have their 105 F16 EDF and it's pretty nice. Their turbine models are using a denser foam then their EDF models. I think it's like a 20x vs 30x (though I'm not sure what those measurements mean in relation to something like a Freewing or Horizon foamy). Could you do a short intro to turbines video? Like an overview of the components and what the install process was for this jet?
What's crazy is I went through Meridian Mississippi VT-9 and VT-7 and CDR Buffalo Sheehan was an instructor of mine - so cool to see that name on the canopy!
Great flights man. Now you're in. Like my Grand Mom says (rip), " Never say what you won't do". It's more coin but once you've tasted the koolaid, you forget all about it. I gps clocked mine at 176mph before backing out due to visibility. It was still accelerating. Mine has the kt-102g4 in it... about 3-4lbs more lbs thrust over the swchinn 80. Stay with the 80. I felt the elevator servo fade while in a slicing turn at full power. The v2 of this jet has upgraded servos.. should cure this problem. I now only use full power for verticals. I don't even use it for take-off. A little over half power on our grass field, with take-off flaps/slats.
I have one of these and it's underpowered and flies like a manhole cover. You really have to watch your turns, because it will stall very suddenly and go into a spiral. If you get one, keep the power up and watch those turns.
That sounds like a power problem for your plane! Mine is the complete opposite with a swiwin 80b it's hitting well over 164mph. I've got over 60 flights on mine and flown it everywhich way and mostly like a sport jet and it's great! Zero problems at all. It doess take a bit of getting used to in slowing it down and landing but overall great flyer
Awesomeness Looks impressive. You’ll be happy to know I’m finally forced to take the turbine plunge. Lol…I said I wouldn’t be able to but here we go. Keep on inspiring us to move up. Keep ‘em up fellas.
Hello from across the pond!! Thanks again for checking the video out, its a great flyer. I think T-45s are great flyers in general! Appreciate the kind words!
Foam density, upgraded servos, composite elevators, 3d printed gear accents. Its not the same as the AF. Its a similar but simply put, better airframe and electronics
If I knocked on my af model t-45 it would cave in.thats what I thought I was getting in density but it's the same softness as any.mine was the turbine version accidentally sent too. Great flying Bobby👏
Awesome aerocraft, great flying skills, very impressive above average camera work! Always great RC flying videos from RCPR. With no disrespect to the wealth of our RUclips performers, but I'm not interested in spending $$$ on an awesome 90mm BAE, or Viper 90mm to push its alpha angle threshold and capability, I'm addicted to scale speed... :)
So many features and very well shown off. It's incredible how this hobby has advanced, top notch models and gas turbines wont blow up your wallet.

Yeah i could absoutly do that and thats a great idea!
@@RCPlaneReviewer Yeah would like to see that myself and possibly where to get the best deals on a turbine.

Keep ‘em up fellas.
You get it!! Im always trying to push to the next rc jorney and bring others with me so they can see 100% anyone can do it!
Please how can I construct my own
Isn't this the same airframe that Banana Hobby offers? (Aerofoam) Missing ventral fin/tail hook, or just not installed yet?
It has similaratires but its different, it comes with the tail hook but not installed because of grass ops.
nice flights; great looking plane ! ...
Great stuff as usual!
Thanks again!
Love a T-45!! Great looking and flying jet BOBBY 👊🏼👊🏼
Thanks brother!!!! Youve always been a super supportive dude

I understand! All the T40 files fly really well. So I don't think that you will be unhappy with it
Great job Bobby. When’s the speed test?
In the works lol 🫠
Other than the MFC what is different than the Aerofoam one?

What kind of flight times are you getting over electric?
If crusining over 6-7min with 1/4 left. Full throttle alot 5-6min. Its efficent
Looks and sounds incredible!! Just gotta get the timer to not call out throttle position.....😂😂😂
That throttle position is annoying lol but the jet roaring you dont hear it when your on the sticks
nice
Thanks
Good job
Thank you!
Mega 💪🏿👍👍👍
Where is the header tank?
You can see it in the video besides the mfc
One word Jealous
You can be the owner of one and 5heres 10% off code at HSDjets !!

I will say the HSD Foam is hard as heck, i dropped a screw driver on it and no ding lol i was surprised
hey man i've been watching you're videos for a while. T-45 is nasty. glad to see you step up to turbines!
Thanks really appreciate it!!! I have 5 turbines now lol
@RCPlaneReviewer yea man it's a problem and the only prescription is more turbines!
Don’t you need to have a special license to purchase the propulsion system (Jet Turbine)…?
Not at all. At least in the USA anyone can buy one.
You do you a Turbine waiver to fly at AMA fields
I’ll stick with my foamies and balsas.
