    Thanks to Bilbo's method, my bench presses PR went from 118kg to 130kg in 5 months.

      Of course!!! That’s one of the reasons because I started training with reps .

    Can you explain why you take your head off the bench during the lift? Isn't the traditional queue to press your head into the bench during the lift? Clearly you have incredible strength and control so I would love your perspective.

    Sir ,we cant practice bilbo method for every body part at the same time right ?
    Lets say i wanna improve bench press ,biceps curl and squat ..can i try bilbo at the same time ? What s your opinion sir

      You can do this by training on different days, but remember to take breaks, they are part of the entertainment.
