I’m going to do this! I think it’ll be one item at a time, rolling style, as I’m mostly going to be focusing on my ridiculously large eyeshadow palette collection, and getting good use out of some of the more neglected ones. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to swap out anything you haven’t used 10x in 3 months, as it seems to me after that point it’s clear you’re not enjoying it. Loved the video! So enjoy your humor, Ruth, and your good cheer. Just feels good to put on one of your videos while trying to tidy up or settle for the night.

I know you will enjoy doing this project. I had fun last year doing it. Definitely got to touch more products. ❤ Sassy loves you too. 😆 yes after 3 months still not ten uses it rolls out. Or some products are 5 uses. Like single shadows. Make it work that keeps it fun. 😊
Yeah I think your right about the single eyeshadows and I'm thinking liners too, 5 uses will be plenty!

Hi Ruth as this is more of a fun type of project for you then having the ability to roll stuff out that isn’t working for you makes sense tbh. Otherwise it is just taking up a space another item could be getting used in. Best of luck x

i love this project, I re-watch Paula's playlist alot. I don't know about the addendum, not sure if its a necessary thing. Its only ten uses and its a rolling style project so there's no reason to put a deadline on it. Maybe try the project on for size for the next 3 or 4 months and see how it fits first.
That's a good idea, I'll see if I'm naturally getting to them and if after a few months it's just not happening cutting down the uses. I have it in my head that I need to roll everything out by next month but that's not the case! I have all year :D Thanks for the reminder xoxo

I did this project for a few months last year, I did it shop my stash style as well.
You got Lisa’s channel name right ❤ I get her name mixed up all the time with palettes, pouts perfume and panning 😂. I mean they don’t even sound the same 😮😂
LOL I get it though, I have a tendency to through in words to peoples channels names that have nothing to do with the :D:D:D:D
I think I might try something like this but this time remember to actually cycle through things and not think, 'well. used it for ten why not just use it for the rest of my life.' or 'after ten uses there's a bit of pan, I should pan this whole thing right now.'

I think doing vetos would be fine 😄 Seeing you swatch Ice Dream made me think I should try to use it as a highlighter. I'm also a seasonal makeup wearer and that shade would be good for this time of year. I need to try that tomorrow 😂

I have too many products to do this in a year but 10 uses on a single shadow seems alot especially if same usage for palettes. An idea, could you do the usage based on number of pans up to max of 10. I.e quad has 4 uses, trio 3 etc. That way you are saving your 10 uses for bigger palettes with more shades to try. Could even do a minimum use of 3 if you felt 1 was too low
Yeah I'm thinking I'm gonna knock the singles & liquid shadows etc down not 5 uses and I'm not actually bringing in palettes to this project at all.
