Mexico City is quite wooded. That greenery is not restricted to Condesa: take a look around to Narvarte, Nápoles, Juárez, San Miguel Chapultepec, Romero de Terreros, Álamos, not to mention Coyoacán, Chimalistac, Florida, San Pedro de Los Pinos, Mixcoac, Del Valle, and a very long etcetera; more popular neighborhoods like Tacubaya and Escandón (now not so) and off course the South of the City and its immense green area called Xochimilco. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for the recommendation. Do you suggest a nice and safe neighborhood for 1-month stay? I am visiting the city again soon and looking for an airbnb but not sure what area I should focus on this time.
Stayed 8 nights in La Condesa for my 1st visit in CDMX. Absolutely in love with the area. I can see myself living there when on retirement if I can afford it 😅
I love the fact that the city has these wide open tree lined pathways in the middle of the avenues for walking, running, biking, skating, etc . Very tough to find good places like that in California that are completely separate from cars.
Mexico is a big metropolitan city and I’m sure you can find people from every country you come from. You just have to hook up with them. Many people don’t speak Spanish and live there. I like the walk ability of CDMX.
Im literally buying tickets to go check out the city tomorrow. It will be my first time. Going to stay with my friend and his family in barrio Jamaica. What kind of neighborhood is that one for a Canadian?
another great video Bell. Lovely area, hope to visit some day. I know many Canadians like to come down to Mexico , especially in Winter. I think the walk and talk videos are better and more immersive when there is no background music that plays and stops
Thank you so much for the feedback. I am glad you are enjoying these videos. Regarding the background music, I usually don’t like to add music at all, but I have started adding some recently as an experiment to see how youtube analytics measure the videos performance. Surprisingly, the reports show that videos that have background music have better retention/watch time than videos without music at all. This was a head scratcher for me 😊
@@WandererBell interesting. I like your analytical approach and thinking. No wonder you are a software developer! I dont have a tech background but I am trying to pivot into it. I am trying to get into the salesforce ecosystem from the business analyst side. The dream is to work remote and travel- your an inspiration for me!
The salesforce ecosystem will open a lot of opportunities for you. You will succeed if you enjoy learning it and are determined to do it. Life becomes much easier when you do what you enjoy. I wish you all the best.
super interesting to hear about RUclips and behaviour! Funnily, I think I subscribed to ur channel when my parents were going to Copenhagen and I wanted them to know how to exit the airport! Love your content my friend
Thank you for letting me know. I am always interested in finding out how subscribers found my channel. I like to film those airport videos to help travelers.
This depends on whether you have a family or if you are single. If you are single, $1500 a month should be sufficient, or possibly even less if you are frugal.
I was enjoying the video, but had to stop watching about a half way through because of crazy amount of commercial interruptions. It’s strange how certain videos on RUclips have triple the amount of commercials. I’m not sure if the content creator has any control over this.
Both neighborhoods are great... but the best??? No sure... Coyoaca, San Angel, Santa Maria la Rivers, La Juarez, Polanco, etc... some of the best in central area, but there are many more!✌

Good job. I used to own a house in the Condesa; it was my neighborhood, so good memory like this video
Thank you! It's great to hear that my video brought back good memories of your time in Condesa. It's a wonderful neighborhood with so much character.

I agree. Many international people live there and they decided to make it their base despite the language barrier.
Your videos are informative. I enjoy your talk and walk.
Awesome! Thank you!

I recommend Condesa neighborhood.
@@WandererBell Well ya. But his family lives right beside the big market there.... its gonna be a friggin culture shock. I am certain of that. 😬

awesome video thanks mate. Hey man you are very cool guy. Are you still in Mexico City?
Thanks for the kind feedback and comment. I already left Mexico city.
Show me some of the beautiful home .in old Mexico
Hello brother how much is the cost of living there?
This depends on whether you have a family or if you are single. If you are single, $1500 a month should be sufficient, or possibly even less if you are frugal.
I like your videos!!! Do you speak Punjab and Hindi?
Thank you. I speak Arabic, English, and some German.
the streets seem so quiet! where are the people?
It is a residential area. No tourists there.

Sorry to hear that. I think RUclips automatically determines the amount of ads based on the viewer watch history and location.
You are so funny lol. What zodiac sign are you? Just for curiosity
Sagittarius 😊😊😊
I knew it!!! Lol
