So, I have a 6 pound adult cat and I'm having trouble finding a harness that fits her without just consuming her. Every vest kind i have tried has made her look, and probably feel, like she has a life vest on. Any suggestions.. please!?
What is the backpack and harness your kitty uses? I want to get my sphynx a better harness and I’d love to get him a very good backpack. He has the cat it h harness but I find it loosens itself easy so if he tugs it can loosen and I don’t want him to get out. Currently we only go on car rides but when he gets his harness on he knows it’s time. He has always loved car rides so we got a harness cause he hated the crate. So I’d also like to get a cat backpack to train him and I think given time and things he enjoys he may come to be ok with it. I have a fear he will get off the harness and bolt if we go for walks or trips but I want to travel with him and take him places without fear of him bolting. He’s already ok with the harness but we need to work on his recall or coming when I ask him, and to walk with me not just where he wants lol. I haven’t been doing it much due to health issues but I want to get back to it and train him so I can trust him. But I want to have the best stuff I can too. Since he’s hairless I need something adjustable in case he wears a shirt on the cooler days and also something not too rough to chafe him.
