Thank you for not making fun of the old bald guy. Me being 57, you are very right however and older need to play within certain limits. If your question is real, my advice depends on your body weight and body type and age. Sounds like you are a young man I hope you keep fit by boxing or MMA and also please lift weights. My advice for eating is nothing special other than at eating protein with every meal, fresh fruit and vegetables and fasting for 12-16 hours on most days.
I am also a big believer in coffee, lots of water and I take creatine supplement that helps me with workouts.. Good luck and let me know how things go!

I like your energy brother. Watching here near Akron, Ohio, and doing a little mirror workout myself.

Amazing enthusiasm and it's amazing to see such dedication. Have you thought of joining a boxing/kickboxing/muay thai/mma gym? So you could actually learn the proper tehnique and learn to put them to use? I think it would be really helpful and fun. Hope this comment doesn't seem backhanded, i'm truly saying it in a hopefully helpful way. Your cardio is amazing for your age, which isn't old in any way, just that most people seem to neglect any type of exercise when they're over 30-40. Hope that I'll be at least half as active as you are in the future. Cheers mate!

@@FabyArtz Hey thank you for your comments and definitely am not offended.. However I have been a gym owner for 30 years and lost it during COVID.. I have a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo and a Portland Oregon Golden gloves boxing champ in 1993. I was also a main sparring partner for the 1990 North American Muay Thai champion. So in theory I am quite knowledgeable about boxing and martial arts, however, sadly it's not clear... 😂. 👊

@@charjacksboxingandfitness Oh I apologize then. Didn't mean any disrespect. It just seemed vastly different to the way I learned bag work during my years of boxing, MT and MMA.
I assume it's the fact that when you're good enough and experienced enough, you start to stray from the way basics are taught to form your own style.

@@FabyArtzOh man, please don't apologize! I can always learn. But you are right... Once I felt like I got a handle how to do things the classic way, I tend to venture out in ways that improve my own style. Thank you for your thoughts!
