This is such a weird park but has something so intriguing about it...
Agree
You can’t agree it to anything. Not one park. Not one carnival
As someone who has lived an hour away since i was 10 in 1990, and didn't visit til 2018, it's the surprise that its AWESOME that makes IB amazing. It's in the middle of freaking nowhere, and is now my 10 year old daughter's favorite park. Literally
its literally in the middle of nowhere 😭
@@clevelandbci9562 Glad to hear that as we are going there in August when Holiday world is closed on weekdays
I now list my age as "I remember when 'Tig'rr' didn't even have seatbelts."
C'mon centrifugal force! Keep me in this thing.
This is my "home park" even though I live about 100 minutes away. The new owner has done some great things with this park; actual maintenance, decently staffed (towards the end of Apex it was not uncommon for one operator to be working two rides), rarely ever a line (except Lost Coaster-low capacity and lots of stuck vehicles), nice ride variety, salads (hey it's hard to find some leafy greens at a small amusement park), lots of other weekly/monthly events, and very affordable season passes. We have made quite a few multiple generational memories there.
Cornball😍😍😍
Coaster Studios LOST COASTER 😍😍😍
Wear a mask taylor
Get out me swamp.
Hey, I’m amazed you remembered! Whatever row, I’m glad you appreciated Cornball.
Tig’RR looks like Steel Curtain if you bought it off the dark web
You mean wish?
Yet it runs more reliably than Steel Curtain!
This might be a weird idea but I would like to see them add a Chance Hyper- gtx over the water. Hopefully someday
Remember in your video about ranking all the coasters ever at Six Flags Magic mountain you said
"It is hard to imagine life were this isnt my home park" LOL look at you now
Yes......i know 😭
Tbh I liked all the coasters there surprisingly.
Same
Fun fact: from 2015-2018 they had a dragon wagon
Only reason I know is because it’s my former home park
I saw you at over Texas yesterday, scared me a bit when i recognized you. Too bad you went on one of the most crowded days of the year, even with quarantine. Btw judge Roy scream is by far a front row ride.
It was packed but i still got 2 rides on NTG, and also shockwave freeze and judge Roy
Airtime Thrills how was judge Roy? Since I rode with you
@@declanc3412 its all right, good for a classic
Airtime Thrills agreed. I was on the front row and that row gives way more airtime than the back, little rough though
Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain; not only the weirdest ride ever, but also the weirdest name ever. Sounds and looks like a ride someone made in Roller Coaster Tycoon lol.
I went to IB this summer. These were the first coasters I've ridden in almost 20 years. 1 Hoosier Hurricane(I found it to be smooth and enjoyable), 2, Cornball Express(enjoyable but some rough spots), 3 Steel Hawg(a good time), 4 lost coaster (very rough and not thrilling at all), 5 Tig'rr(very boring, I couldn't wait for it to be over).
More coasters than I've ridden! Love your videos! Been looking to become an aspiring coaster enthusiast!
This is my home park, and I've got so many memories with it. And now that I've gotten over my roller coaster fear, I'm so happy this park has been saved. I can't wait.
Fun Fact: I thought there was only Steel Hawg at the park LoL! Never would think that there was 5 coaster at Indiana Beach haha! xD xP
Quimera's gonna be hype here.
Great list Chris... It is great for a beach park, and the coasters are good! Happy it didn't close and keep it up! The vid is awesome :)
I love quirky places so Indiana Beach looks like my kinda place 😁
I live about 2 hours east of Indiana Beach, but I've never been. Honestly, forgot the place existed up until they closed down. Hoping to get to it sometime next year in between my CedarFair trips
Crazy little park with unique rides
Great job at keys to the kingdom! Also, "Mr coaster studios" is nice
Thanks for making this! They can use all the help they can get, opening with new owners during a scamdemic ain't easy, especially when we have seen a notable vlogger making a video condemning them for opening, claiming they are not safe.....Even though Indiana is much safer for the flu season than Connecticut is.,,
Lol At first I was so confused when I got this notification because I was like “Chris always uploads at 6, (I live on the east coast) WHAT IS GOING ON”. Then I realized you were over in Ohio.
*face palm
Thats true, but the reason for the early upload was because its a holiday. I usually post later so people can get out of school and work
Airtime Thrills ohhhh, that makes sense.
Ive never heard of this park but steal hawg and cornball look like a lotta fun
They are a blast, but wish they were both a bit longer.
Great video as always!
Indiana Beach has such a unique coaster collection so it’s interesting to hear a ranking of it. I’m excited to experience all the coasters but Cornball and Lost Coaster are my most anticipated rides there.
And I had my first ever deep-fried Snickers bar there.
Despite living in Indiana my whole life, I’ve yet to go to Indiana Beach. It’s always been Kings Island and Holiday World for me, so maybe it’ll be worth a visit sometime!
Fellow Hoosier here yet to make my first visit to Indiana Beach.
Surprisingly, steel hawg has been cloned at my home park at Warner brothers movie world Australia, it’s called green lantern but it’s a great ride because it has a lap bar instead of ots restraints like steel hawg. Thanks for reading my comment, yours truly, a coaster enthusiast from Australia.
Im looking forward to GL and that park in general
Can't wait to visit this park! Hopefully I can fit it in this year!
I still find it funny that basically no one in the coaster community knew about IB until Taylor and Logan visited in 2019. I visited for the first time in 2017, and I love coming back every year. In fact, our coaster rankings for this park are the exact same. Thanks for making this vid and hope you get your back row rides on cornball and lost coaster sometime soon
I almost went in 2017 but chose SFGAM instead. Finally found my way there in 2020
I have lived in Indiana for 16 years now and just heard about this on youtube this year after spending a week in holiday world
This looks like a fun family park.
It is!
I predict American Drier Looping will be number one when it finally opens!
I love Indiana Beach and its weird collection of coasters.
If the Galaxi coaster and kiddie coaster where still at the park, I'd bet they'd be placed at 6th and 7th place respectively.
Since it was my first Jet Star, I was impressed with Tig'rr for what it was. Hoosier Hurricane was riding more rough last year, so I put it at the bottom. I also didn't get any airtime, riding many times, all over the train. I got 15 rides on Cornball Express, all over the train, and yes, the very back car is much better than the next to last car. Even with the park empty, there was still usually a long line for Lost Coaster, but I got 3 rides, twice in the back car, once in front. It was far too chaotic to remember any differences riding in front or back.
RMC Hoosier Hurricane could work
Really exciting possibilities with that. For the double up after the drop, a conversion to one ejector airtime hill then demented wave turn à la Twisted Cyclone facing the water. For the turnaround, something like Untamed’s turnaround would be amazing.
As an Indiana native, this park has been one I've had fond memories of. It's interesting to know Tig'rr is one the last remaining original Jet Stars in existence. Lost Coaster was weird to me, even as a kid. But it's certainly one of the most intriguing coasters I've ever seen.
I saw you filming off the exit of Hoosier hurricane that day and checked your first video of the V.I.P reopening to see if I was in it. I wasn't but I made it in this one second car second row in next to the goofy looking guy in the red shirt 😏
Oh man i'm kinda surprised, Hoosier Hurricane was my favorite at the park. Went for the first time this July. Though Superstition Mountain was closed which was a big letdown
My favorite roller coaster there is Cornball Express, followed by Hoosier Hurricane, Tig'rr, Steel Hawg, Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain, and Cyclone. American Triple Loop wasn't open yet.
Can't wait for our two "new" coasters this year. The triple loop coaster is coming along nicely.
cant believe this was my home park this year lmfao i was like RIP indiana beach but little did we know it was RIP SFGAm this year
The downward incline in-line twist is more complicated than the trick track double up.
This park looks cool, and I have an idea of another video, you could make a pros and cons video of boulder dash as well
This park reminds me of Holiday World. No bad coasters. A fun family park. And some absolutely incredible wooden coasters
Another park on the list of ones I had planned to visit in August, well at least the border should be open next summer
WOW perfect ranking ... fully agree
I have never been to Indiana beach, looks cool
Im recovering from a stroke and I really miss riding roller coasters.
Andrew Lindquist oof hope you feel better soon
Hope you mend well and get back to the coasters eventually.
Hope you recover safely, I can't wait until you get to ride coasters again :)
I feel that Impulse at Kneobles fits were it does because you have these modern, quirky rides on blacktop so it kinda works. Indiana Beach still has that old fashioned look to it. They can always build more flats on the waterways. There is really nothing as compact as a Jet Star around anymore that isn't a kiddie coaster-and at that an SBF Visa could be plopped on the water like the flats. They could remove Lost Coaster and the antique cars and move Steel Hawg there and do something bigger via removing the lot on the peninsula. Even something that Vekoma could give them now a days would be too big-a Freedom Flyer clone (the Steel Lasso and Flying Ace ones I don't think are made anymore) might be a little for the space.
Bro Hoosier Hurricane had a lot of airtime when I rode it
Devon McPhillips it was always solid airtime but the drop had really good ejector
I couldnt find it
Airtime Thrills I got a lot in the front. I rode it three times in the front and got a few moments of ejector
Lol i was at indiana beach when this video came out
my favorite coasters are based on how big my smile is and the feeling of disarray at the end of the ride . #1 - steel vengeance at CP and #2 - lost coaster at IB . prefer backwards but both are a riot .
steel hawg always intrigued me
I love how you pronounced Tig'rr as if it's a Winnie the Pooh themed coaster
Imagine a strato coaster at Indians Beach, that’d be a hoot
You know watching all your vids is making my coaster bucket list longer and longer... I need to stop since im a broke minor who’s home park is 8 HOURS AWAY AND ACROSS A BORDER-
Cornball Express looks insane in the front!
Epic
Could you do a video on the best times to visit parks. Taking into account weather and crowds for instance.
5-Tiger
4-lost coaster
3-Hurricane
2-Steel hog
1-Cornball express
Canada coaster fan should have been with you all on that Kentucky kindom panel.
when i went lost coaster was closed, but it gives me a reason to go back, also did you try the haunted walkthrough, it was well worth the money i spent for it
While you were talking about Tiger, it made me wonder your thoughts on Whizzer at SFGAm?!?
Where do you rank Cornball Express? Never rode it, but it looks pretty fun.
He has it in his top 100
I will cornball in the front twice and in the back five times I think it’s the back that first stop is just insane and go to airtime hills after are good to
Hopefully in the future we can get a great coaster in the park. Maybe Intamin! Hint hint lol
I think they will invest in some flat rides to replace the ones removed. Hard to fit another coaster unless its in parking lot, over water, or near Steel Hawg.
I think Steel Hawg is better than El Loco as well, EL Loco has those lap bars that are so tight and the hjang time on the dive loop, the lap bars dig into your thighs.
Whoever Stamford Bridge is is 100% correct. The back right seat is the sweet spot on Cornball Express!

That mine coaster sounds like it might better at night.
Hey man you should visit canobie lake park in Salem nh it’s a nice family owned park!❤️one of their coasters even made ur parking lot coaster list
I bet you can ask 10 people and get 10 completely different rankings of the coasters at Indiana Beach. With that said, our rankings are fairly close. How the coaster rank for me:
1. Cornball Express: I think this is a real good wooden coaster and it is actually in my Top 50 overall. I went on a slow day and I was able to marathon this one.
2. Lost Coaster: Too bad you didn't ride in the back car as I found that to be the better ride overall.
3. Steel Hawg: Just slightly behind Lost Coaster for me.
4. Hoosier Hurricane: I rode it in 2019 and it jack hammered quite a bit, but the views on this coaster were outstanding.
5. Tig"rr- I think you have valid points about the one at Lagoon being more intense. I would agree as I have been on both.
6:22 o look, my first inverting coaster
When I was a kid I rode steel hawg 12 times in a row with no lines at close
Other than Tig'rr, you could put anything as #1 and no one will complain!
Welcome to one of my two parks that are about the same distance from my house. I’m equal distance from IB and SF Great America
How would you feel about the axis coaster replacing volcano
Thatd be cool
tigrr has a fast car and a slow car, im assuming its still like that from last year when i worked there. but i believe car 2 was the fast one and car 3 just crawled through the layout. idk might be the other way around lol
I rank them in the exact same order!
My top 5
1. Steel Hawg
2. Cornball Express
3. Tig’rr
4. Hoosier Hurricane
5. Lost Coaster Of Superstition Mountain (I really wanted to like this more, but it was not comfortable)
did you go on the "fun seat" on the s&s shot
Should have asked us for POVs for this.
I love wooden coasters.
After visiting the park for the first time yesterday, here’s how I’d rank the coasters:
1. Cornball Express
2. Steel Hawg
3. Hoosier Hurricane
4. Tigrr
5. The Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain
Have you considered making a video on rides you actually prefer the front seat for?
Lake Winnie is the weirdest park I have been to.
i still want emperor at seaworld san diego to open soon
For those in the know, it's LoCoSuMo. My son's favorite coaster in the park!
What's with the early upload? Anyway, this was a great video!
Its labor day so I'm not waiting for people to get out of school or work
@@AirtimeThrills Oh that make sense, also this was another great video!
Make a video on Six flags great America
I havent been there in 3 years. Next time I get there I will
Its so weird to watch POV of a superspreader event happen in real time.
I dont know what is like this in europe, we have alot of weird rides though
There're 6 El locos in the world, the best themed one is probably Timber Drop in France.
Did you know that there is a new theme park being built in Phoenix Arizona
1) Hawg
2) Cornball
3) Hoosier
4) Tig’rr
5) LCOSM
honestly wasn’t that impressed with this lineup. I got constant neck banging on Steel Hawg, (but it’s got a really fun layout) Cornball had light floater in the front, Hoosier has no airtime, Tig’rr had some light Gs, and I had a pretty bad LCOSM experience. I was a single rider, and I really didn’t want to get that close to people this year. and any coaster that makes me uncomfortable is last. I don’t care if it’s unique. that was just my experience.
I feel the same about Lost Coaster
Hi airtime thrills!
Cornball express has airtime in front row
