Found this video from instagram and tried this style. I’ve never crocheted before, but it came out great! I’m hooked. I’ll be switching out variations of this style for the next months for a protective style! Thank you. 🤗
I wanted to tell you "Thank you" so much.. For years I have paid some serious money to get someone to do my hair, But after watching your video and giving me the Confidence I needed Lol.. I was actually able to do my hair (twist) because I can't braid Lol.. I'm soooo Proud of myself.. Thanks sis!!!!!
Thank you! Your crochet videos have been the most useful on RUclips . I’ve tried getting my hair braided by a stylist prior to doing a crochet but for some reason they either do it too tight or do a braid pattern that makes it difficult for me to do the crochet. After watching your braid technique I can now do it myself!
Loooord Chiiiillld! When I say this style bops!!! I used it on a short style. It’s still in. I’m about to take it out it’s been about 6wks. But the rubber band method keeps it looking fresh.
Love it 💕 You are beautiful! I can’t tell it’s not box braids and you made it look so easy. Thx so much for sharing! I’ve been wanting box braids. But I do my own hair and I’m still trying to learn to braid better. This is so perfect for me. I’m so excited to try this!
Never thought about doing this pattern I can braid but just the way you did it was smart. I’ll probably do this braid pattern when I do my hair this weekend.
Thank you for sharing. I'm new to crocheting and your channel but I'm glad I found you. So many other channels want to play damn near 5 minutes worth of music before they get started but you jump right in. Thank you and I will be watch more. Stay a Queen sistah....also do you do any makeup videos.. I don't really wear it but your look so natural....thanks again
I love this pattern. I usually do this method without the rubber bands but my daughter get annoyed with taking down all the plaits so I'm going to start using the rubber bands. I usually zig zag the back braids going down.
Hey! I really enjoy your videos, you have taken the beauty of a braided style and made it super diy friendly! Thank you so much! What's the best way to remove the rubber bands with minimal damage, or better yet no damage at all?
I am a new subscriber to your channel. This hair tutorial came in handy for me I'm doing my hair right now while watching this I need a easy hairstyle because I'm going into labor on Wednesday thank you so much for sharing 🙂
I purchased goody brand rubber bands and sat them in a random jar top with my hair oil. I oil my hair constantly and they haven’t snapped yet. I had this style in since 9/10
Love this!! I cannot cornrow and have been wanting to do something different with my hair than wash n go, or just putting it up! Can't wait to try it out!
I would have liked to see what under the hair in the back looked like, incase I want to put it up...I would hav also liked to see how she had done it with the camera facing the back of her head for me to see..other than that, I love ittt
I love this method you did this before, but I should of added rubber bands so it can hold. Next time I will do this method, but try the zig zag pattern.
So well done boo this is perfect for summer!! Love you stay safe and may Allah continue to bless you and yours as well as all of us brown and black kings and queens all over✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿💪🏽👑 #blm

The twist pattern definitely works better for my super fine hair texture. Single braids tangle my hair soo much. Thanx for this idea.
Beautiful!!!! & exactly what I needed. Sometimes you can see people hair and I can’t stand it. I also don’t like to tooooooo full. This is PERFECT!!!
When I tell you I needed this! Because I can't cornrow for my life! Thank you so much!
LOL girl my fingers get tired

I’ve never tried it before, but I am excited to try them out!
@@giispice3791 I’ve got a set in now. Mixed w Marley hair. I like the “unkept” look.

The most realistic crochet I have seen! Definitely trying this
How do you hide the plaits in the front for the singles look

Thank you so much for this!! I just did my hair using your tutorial and I love it
My first time doing my hair i love it BUT if your have thin hair you need to make ur pairs smaller so you don’t have big gaps.

Love it! I’m trying to keep my for 8 weeks 🤞🏾your crochet tutorials saved me 🙌🏾🙌🏾
You can do it! I still have mine in and I recorded this like 5 days ago lol. Usually they would be out.
How long did you last?
@@giispice3791 7 weeks and 3 days 🤣🤣
@@Dweebula 😱😱😱 i tried it too.Mines is only 3wks but its getting messy. My first time trying this
@@vincygurl69 you have to make sure to tie it down at night! Also, braid a little tighter next time it will last longer
I love it!!! You can rock any style🙌🏾😍😍
Aww thanks
Is this more seamless than doing regular crochet singles in the front row?
Can u show how u put the braid in the cornrow
What do you think about the talk of crochet being an old lady style and that it looks cheap
Please tel me where I can buy this hair especially the twisted one...
What kind of passion twist hair do you use?
I need to find these passion twist when lockdown is lifted here in UK 🇬🇧 they look beautiful and so light and manageable 👌❤
OMG you look stunning. Thanks for the detailed video, I am going to try this hairstyle. 💕
How does it feel wearing crochet braids are they light?

Would this work for crochet locs too?

This was such a great hairstyle definitely trying this next!! Perfect time for fall!
Really like this style. I hadn't tried the twist hair but definitely will now. Thank you.

Wow! I subscribed due to how amazing this video is! Thank you! Nowwwww let me go check out more video & order my twists!
You snapped! Loving this super easy way!
Tried this braid pattern tonight and I am so pleased with it! ❤️❤️ can’t wait to install my faux locs!
Will this work with actual box braids and the same box parts all over and not just in the front?
Question how many pacs do you need for this hair style please cuz each pac is like 5 to 6 dollars
In the back do you put the crochet needle under the flat twist or through it?
That's what I want to know. I'm trying to see how the hair is going to hold on a twist vs a braid.
Yyyeeessss Sis I’m loving it!!! 😃 Nice Job... You look Beautiful!
Do you think this pattern is growing your hair out? I just started doing this and it seems my hair is growing quick because of it.
You're so pretty. Your smile gives me Angela Bassett vibes 😍

So cute...are these twist smaller/thinner than the Janet collection nala tresses
Thanks love! Yes, these are softer and thinner.

Yes but with braids
@@keyia1983 Do you mean cornrows? I'm worried the rubber bands will take my hair out🤔
