@@ForeverCryssy my natural hair is like to my shoulders so about 10 inches? But the crochet faux dreads I used is 12 inches, but yeah my hair isn’t super long or super thick, but it turned out nice all the same :) thank you i did have some trouble finding the right places to put the Bobby pins but it worked out nonetheless!

Ok, who here upon attempting to do your own crochet, braids or whatever is always an epic fail, because I have had THE WORST experience trying to do this type of hairstyle myself, but you found this tutorial rather easy and you rocked it well? Please let me know because honestly, I'm trying to find a braid or crochet style for my upcoming vacation that will not take long to do, but also not cost me an arm going to a beautician; especially when I normally don't do braids any other time.
Hey! Legit question..are we no longer trying to hide the connecting braids? I’m seeing a lot of influencers installing the hair without styling in a way that “hides” the connectors. Hope that makes sense.
Hey honey bun! I’ve never hid the connects, because I wear it in a ponytail or half up and down. I prefer to use less hair not covering them. Most ppl don’t notice anyway. It’s an illusion crochet and that’s okay 🥰if someone ask explain and send them my video 😂 I think the other influencers are just being sent my content from brands to copy. You San do any braid pattern for crochet. Other OG crochet influencers cover the braid. It’s no wrong or right way. Just use us as inspiration.

I just purchased this here from YG wigs. How many packs did you use? I bought five my hair is fairly thin though. Should I add hair to it?
