A few months back, I tracked a whole buncha different songs on several different drum kits (just for fun!). "Mark Of The Blade" (from 'Chapels second to last album, with the same name) was one of the first tunes I worked on / learned, & is another one of my favorites to play live (probably because it's a bit "easier" compared to some of the other stuff, LOL!).
This is my #Tama Silverstar Kit (with custom cut rack toms). For a lower-end / mid-level kit, the Silverstar always surprises me - it tracks so well. It's hard to beat Birch shells!!! Specs are as followed:

Emmanuele Infante that is definitely very true. probably don’t care, bc i’m just some shitty no name drummer, i do not even use felts on the top of my crash’s, every other cymbal i will (except my ride so it’s easiest to hit my bell)

After watching your videos with this kit, I am of the opinion your right hand crash is fastened down too tight and there's not enough sustain / length of ring on it - it's a fraction shallow
