@@beachhermit7171 better that crayfish I reckon! I think the fishing site says the maximum size they can grow to is 70mm carapace length. They don't have heaps of meat, so the bigger the better! Sweet, delicate flavour. If you're patient, you can boil a few, remove all the meat and make a beautiful pasta!
